«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում նախատեսվում է 500 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ նոր տերմինալ կառուցել

Վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ուղևորների թիվը զգալիորեն գերազանցել է կանխատեսումները և այժմ տարեկան գերազանցում է 5,5 միլիոնը։ Դրա մասին Forbes-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է «Արմենիա» միջազգային օդանավակայանի («Armenia International Airports») գլխավոր տնօրեն Մարսելո Վենդեն։
«Սկզբում տերմինալը կառուցվել էր ընդամենը 3-4 միլիոն ուղևորի համար, ուստի ընդլայնումը կարևոր է Հայաստանի գլխավոր օդանավակայանով անցնող յուրաքանչյուր ճանապարհորդի անվտանգությունը, հարմարավետությունը և արդյունավետությունն ապահովելու համար։
Երբ մենք 2001 թվականին ժամանեցինք Հայաստան, օդանավակայանի ենթակառուցվածքը հնացած էր և լիակատար փլուզման եզրին էր։
Մենք աստիճանաբար վերակառուցեցինք այն՝ օդանավակայոնը վերածելով ժամանակակից տերմինալի, որը հավատարմորեն ծառայել է երկրին ավելի քան մեկ տասնամյակ։
Այժմ, ապագա աճին համապատասխանելու համար, նախատեսում ենք կրկնապատկել օդանավակայանի մակերեսն առաջիկա տասը տարիների ընթացքում՝ ներդնելով 500 միլիոն դոլար։ Ինքնաթիռ նստելու ելքերի թիվը վեցից կաճի և կհասնի տասնվեցի։ Ժամանման սրահները, ներգաղթի գոտիները և մաքսային գոտիներն ավելի քան կկրկնապատկվեն։ Կավելացնենք ժամանակակից սպասասրահներ, կընդլայնենք կայանատեղիները և կբարելավենք ուղևորների տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունը։ Պատրաստվում ենք նաև տեղադրել ավտոմատացված թվային անձնագրային դարպասներ և ներդնել նոր կենսաչափական անձնագրային համակարգ, որը կհեշտացնի Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ճանապարհորդությունը, մասնավորապես՝ դեպի Եվրոպա»,- նշել է «Արմենիա» միջազգային օդանավակայանի գլխավոր տնօրենը։
