Հավանաբար լսել եք, որ օրական մեկ խնձորը  մոռացնել է տալիս բժիշկների մասին: Իրականում խնձորի բնական քացախի և մեղրի համադրությունը շատ հիվանդությունների և առողջական խնդիրների բուժման բանալին է: Խնձորի քացախը ժողովրդական բժշկության մեջ օգտագործվում է մարսողական խնդիրների, ավելորդ քաշի և հոդացավերի դեպքում: Մեղրն ունի հակաբորբոքային և հակաօքսիդանտ հատկանիշներ, որոնք օգնում են մի շարք հիվանդությունների դեպքում: Մեղրը նաև օգնում է կոկորդի ցավերի դեպքում:

Քանի որ խնձորի քացախի մեծ քանակության օգտագործման դեպքում օրգանիզմում նվազում է կալիումի մակարդակը, և, բացի այդ, խնձորի քացախը չի կարելի օգտագործել որոշակի դեղամիջոցների հետ, խորհուրդ ենք տալիս խառնուրդն օգտագործելուց  առաջ խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ:
