aif.ru-ն գրում է, որ Սոչիում կայացած «Վալդայ» միջազգային քննարկման ակումբի 22-րդ հանդիպման ընթացքում հրատարակությունը զրուցել է Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության միջազգային հարաբերությունների դպրոցի դեկան Մոհամմադ Ռեզա Դեհշիրի հետ։

- Ի՞նչ հեռանկարներ կան Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի ռազմական և կոնստրուկտորական թիմերի միջև համագործակցության համար։

- Մեր երկրները համատեղ աշխատում են ռազմական ոլորտում և ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ես չեմ մանրամասնի այս թեման։ Բայց կարող եմ ասել, որ Իրանը հետաքրքրված է կործանիչներով, որոնք առնվազն նույնքան հզոր են, որքան F-35-ը։ Ես չգիտեմ՝ արդյոք Մոսկվայի և Թեհրանի միջև այս հարցի շուրջ բանակցություններ են ընթանում, բայց գուցե այստեղ էլ գործընկերության տեղ կա։

- Ո՞ր այլ ոլորտներում ենք մենք համագործակցում։

- Իրանը ձգտում է ամրապնդել իր էներգետիկ ոլորտի ներուժը և արդեն հրավիրել է Ռուսաստանին՝ օգնելու նոր միջուկային օբյեկտների կառուցման գործում։ Ավելին, երկրների միջև հաստատվել են ակադեմիական փոխանակումներ։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը և Իրանը պետք է ամեն ինչ անեն, որ մեր ժողովուրդները միմյանց ավելի լավ ճանաչեն, քան նախկինում։ Ավելին, Իրանն այժմ Ռուսաստանի հետ զարգացնում է Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային երթուղին, որը հիմնականում ուղղված է ռուսական ապրանքների տեղափոխմանը։

- Արդյո՞ք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտությունը կխաթարի մեր ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերը։

- Ոչ, դա ոչ մի կերպ չի վնասի Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությանը։ Սակայն կա մեկ այլ խնդիր. Բաքվի գործողությունները կարող են խաթարել Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև տրանսպորտային կապերը։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, Ադրբեջանը հույս ունի կառուցել «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»։ Բաքուն ցանկանում է նախագիծը հանձնել ամերիկյան ընկերություններին։ Դա կարող է հանգեցնել նրան, որ Վաշինգտոնը վերահսկողություն հաստատի նոր տրանսպորտային զարկերակի նկատմամբ։ Իրանը կարծում է, որ տարածաշրջանի երկրները կարող են դա կառավարել առանց արտաքին միջամտության։ Եթե մեզ առաջարկվի թունել կամ որևէ այլընտրանք, որը կապահովի անարգել մուտք դեպի Հայաստան, ապա մենք մեծ հետաքրքրությամբ կքննարկենք դա։

- Կարո՞ղ է BRICS-ը գերազանցել G7-ին և դառնալ ուժի նոր կենտրոն համաշխարհային քաղաքականության մեջ։

- Ամեն ինչ կախված է հիմնադիրների կամքից։ Եթե նրանք պատրաստ են ապադոլարիզացնել և ստեղծել նոր արժույթ, ապա դա կլինի G7-ի հետ մրցակցելու առաջին քայլը։ Այս դեպքում BRICS-ը կունենա իր սեփական՝ իսկապես անկախ ֆինանսական համակարգը և վճարային մեխանիզմները, որոնք կարող են շրջանցել արևմտյան պատժամիջոցները։ Իրանը աջակցում է այդ նախաձեռնությանը։
