«Ես մեծացել եմ իսկական հայկական ընտանիքում, որտեղ ապրել ենք ես, մայրս, տատս, պապս, երեխաներն ու թոռները: Պապս խորթ էր:

Տատս մեր ընտանիքի լիդերն էր, ինքն էր տան գլուխը: Տատիցս հետո ամեն ինչ գլխի վրա շուռ եկավ: Ես 8 տարեկան էի, պատահական ավտովթարից տատս մահացավ ու ես ու մայրս մնացինք մենակ: Այնպես ստացվեց, որ մեզ այդ տանից դուրս հանեցին: Ես կարծում եմ խորթ լինելը կապ ուներ ու այս դեպքում խորթը մենք էինք: Մայրս կորցրեց իրեն, հիվանդացավ: Նա այնպես էր փոխվել, որ ոչինչ իրեն չէր հետաքրքրում՝ ես հաց կերել եմ, թե ոչ, դպրոց գնալուց ինչ պիտի հագնեմ:  Ընդհանրապես չէր մտածում ոչ մի բանի մասին: 12  տարի դպրոց եմ գնացել, բայց մայրս այդպես էլ ոչ մի անգամ չեկավ ծնողական ժողով: Ինքը փակվեց իր մեջ ու ինքն իրեն սպանեց էդ ցավով»,- Մհեր Բաղդասարյանի Tete A Tete հաղորդման շրջանակներում պատմել է երգչուհի Տաթև Ասատրյանը: Tert.am Life-ն առանձնացրել է հաղորդումից մի հատած.

«Ես և՛ տատիս կորցրի, և՛ մորս: Այդ ամբողջ մտածմունքներն ու հոգսը մնացին իմ ուսերին: Էդպես էլ մեծացա: Հորս երբեք չեմ հանդիպել: Գիտեմ, որ ընտանիք ունի, առողջ է: Երբեք նրան տեսնելու ցանկություն չի եղել: Երևի նրանից է, որ մայրս ինձ այս աշխարհում բոլորի փոխարեն սիրել է: Հոր կարիք երբեք չեմ զգացել:

6 ամիս ապրել եմ հիվանդանոցում, ես ցերեկները սովորում էի, գիշերներն էլ մայրիկիս էի խնամում: Մեկը չկար հարազատներից կողքիս, որ գոնե մի քանի ժամով գնայի տուն, դեղի հարց լուծեի, մեր հագուստները լվանայի և այլն:

Հիվանդանոցի միջանցքից ոչ մի տեղ չէի կարողանում գանլ: Մայրս արդեն բարդ բնավորություն էր ձևավորել ու մենակ չէր կարողանում մնալ: Այդ տարիներին իմ բոլոր հարազատների տան դռները փակ էին իմ առաջ: Ու, երբ մորս աչքերը փակեցի, այդ օրը ես փակեցի իմ դուռը իրենց առաջ, որովհետև այլևս ավելի թանկ մարդ չունեի կորցնելու, քան մայրս էր:

Աստված մորս ինձանից տարավ, բայց փոխարենն ինձ տվեց ինձ սիրող մի ամբողջ ժողովուրդ, ովքեր իմ ծնողների բացթողածը լրացրել են:

Ես երբեք չեմ չարացել կամ բողոքել իմ կյանքից: Չեմ կոտրվել, հավատացել եմ, որ հաստատ գալու է այդ օրը: Մայրս իր ամբողջ կյանքը դրել է իմ վրա, որ ես երգեմ: Մայրս հիվանդագին զբաղվում էր դրանով: Չնայած վերջին տարիներին չէր ուզում, որ երգեմ, ուզում էր, որ իր կողքին մնամ:

Վերջին օրերն անցկացրել ենք Հանրապետական հիվանդանոցում: Այնտեղ պայմաններից բացի նաև վերաբերմունքն էր վատ հիվանդների նկատմամբ: Այն ժամանակ շատ վատ էին վերաբերվում պետպատվերով բուժվող հիվանդներին: Վերջին օրերին մայրս ասաց՝ էլ չեմ ուզում այստեղ մնալ, ինձ տար տուն: Գնացինք տուն, ընդամենը 2 օր... վերջում ինձ ասաց՝ ես հանգիստ եմ, դու արդեն քո լավն ու վատը գիտես, ես հանգիստ եմ, որ քեզ ուժեղ աղջիկ եմ մեծացրել»:
