Հայաստանի Արտգործնախարարությունը փորձում է ծածկադմփոց անել օրերս Բուլղարիայի մայրաքաղաք Սոֆիայում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը՝ հայտարարելով, թե բուլղարական իրավապահների գործողությունները դիվանագիտական սկանդալ չեն։ Ավելին, ԱԳՆ-ն նաև պարտադրել է Անիի համայնքապետ Արման Սարիբեկյանին հայտարարություն տարածել և տեղի ունեցածը թյուրիմացություն համարել։

Հիշեցնենք՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին Բուլղարիա ժամանած հայկական պատվիրակությունը՝ Անիի համայնքապետ Արման Սարիբեկյանի գլխավորությամբ, ենթարկվել էր նվաստացուցիչ զննության․ նրանց ստիպել էին ամբողջությամբ մերկանալ, հարցաքննել էին, մի քանի ժամ պահել օդանավակայանի ծառայողական տարածքներում, ապա էլ սպառնալիքներ էին տեղացել։ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Անի Բադալյանի խոսքով՝ տեղի ունեցածը չի որակվում որպես դիվանագիտական սկանդալ։ «Այսուհանդերձ, օտարերկրյա այցերի ժամանակ քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը մշտապես գտնվում է Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական ծառայությունների ուշադրության կենտրոնում և ձեռնարկվում են իրավիճակին համապատասխան քայլեր», - ասել է ԱԳՆ խոսնակը։

Անիի համայնքապետարանն էլ նշել է, թե տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը որակում են որպես «թյուրիմացություն»։ Իրականում բուլղարական իրավապահները հրաշալի գիտեին, թե ում նկատմամբ ինչ են անում և միտումնավոր ու կանխամտածված նման գործողություններ են իրականացրել՝ պարզապես ցույց տալով, թե ինչ վերաբերմունք ունեն Հայաստանի և Հայաստանի իշխանությունների նկատմամբ, որոնք ինքնամոռաց իրենց պատռում են Եվրոպայում հայտնվելու համար, որտեղ նրանց իրականում ոչ ոք էլ չի սպասում։ Ըստ էության, մինչ Բուլղարիայում Հայաստանի դեսպանը պաշտոնական բողոք է ներկայացնում Բուլղարիայի իշխանություններին, Հայաստանի Արտգործնախարարությունը պարզապես փորձում է կոծկել միջադեպը՝ հերթական անգամ ապացուցելով, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, որևէ օրգանական կապ չունեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ և ընդհանրապես տեղյակ չեն, թե ինչ է արժանապատվությունը և ինքնասիրությունը։
