Օրերս Պաշտպանության նախարարության մոտ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի գործով Քննչական կոմիտեն ձերբակալել է անհետ կորածների հարազատներից երկուսին՝ խուլիգանության և վարույթի նախաքննությանը ու պաշտոնատար անձի օրինական ծառայողական կամ քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու հոդվածներով հարուցված վարույթի շրջանակներում։

Մեկ շաբաթ առաջ անհետ կորածների հարազատները հավաքվել էին Պաշտպանության նախարարության շենքի մոտ իրենց տանջող հարցերով՝ որտե՞ղ են իրենց զավակներն ու ի՞նչ է անում պետությունը նրանց որոնելու ու հայտնաբերելու համար։ Պաշտպանության նախարարության անցակետի մոտ իրադրությունը մի քանի անգամ լարվել էր, ծնողների և ռազմական ոստիկանների միջև քաշքշուկ էր եղել։ Թեպետ կորածների հարազատներին ավելի ուշ ընդունել էր ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետը, իշխանությունները որոշել էին պատժել և վախեցնել անհետ կորածների հարազատներին, որպեսզի վերջիններս հրաժարվեն բողոքի ակցիաներ անելուց։

Երեկ ձերբակալվել էին Արսեն Ղուկասյանն ու Ապիջան Գևորգյանը։ Գևորգյանին ազատ էին արձակել, իսկ 44-օրյա պատերազմում անհետ կորած Սարգիս Ղուկասյանի հորեղբորը՝ Արսեն Ղուկասյանին, կալանավորել են մեկ ամսվա ժամկետով։ Ընդ որում, որոշումը կայացրել է Փաշինյանի սրտի դատավոր՝ տխրահռչակ Մասիս Մելքոնյանը։ Այդ փաստը վկայում է, որ Ղուկասյանին կալանավորելու որոշումը տրվել է ամենավերևից։ Բանն այն է, որ Ղուկասյանն ամենից շատն էր աչքի ընկնում՝ կազմակերպում էր անհետ կորածների հարազատների բողոքի ակցիաները և ակտիվորեն շփվում էր մամուլի հետ։ Այժմ նրա կալանավորմամբ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը մեսիջ է հղում, որ նոր բողոքի ակցիաների դեպքում բռնաճնշումների կենթարկվեն նաև մյուս հարազատները։ Իհարկե, դավաճան ու ապիկար այդ խառնամբոխը շոշափելի ոչինչ չունի պարզաբանելու թե՛ զոհվածների, թե՛ անհետ կորածների հարազատներին, ուստի մնացել է վերջին՝ ամենաստոր տարբերակը։
