ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ում կստեղծվի եվրոպական ինտեգրման վարչություն։

«Ղեկավարվելով «Կառավարչական իրավահարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասին» օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով, 3-րդ մասով, 21-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» օրենքի 33-րդ և 34-րդ հոդվածներով՝

  1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության (այսուհետ՝ նախարարություն) կառուցվածքում կատարել հետևյալ փոփոխությունները՝

1) Եվրոպայի վարչությունից առանձնացման եղանակով ստեղծել նախարարության հիմնական մասնագիտական կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանում հանդիսացող՝ եվրոպական ինտեգրման վարչություն.

2) քաղաքական ծրագրավորման վարչությունը միացնել դիվանագիտական գործառնությունների համակարգման վարչությանը:

  1. Այդ կապակցությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2018 թվականի հունիսի 11-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կանոնադրությունը հաստատելու մասին» N 746-Լ որոշման հավելվածի 30-րդ կետում կատարել հետևյալ փոփոխությունը և լրացումը՝

1) ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել 13-րդ ենթակետը. 2) լրացնել հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ 16-րդ ենթակետով՝ «16) եվրոպական ինտեգրման վարչություն:»:

  1. Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից»,- ասված է որոշման մեջ։
