Թրամփի վարչակազմը Չիկագոն հայտարարել է «ռազմական գործողությունների գոտի»

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը կիրակի օրը Չիկագոն անվանել է «ռազմական գործողությունների գոտի»՝ որպես արդարացում դեմոկրատ պաշտոնյաների կամքին հակառակ այնտեղ զինվորներ տեղակայելու համար, այն դեպքում, երբ դատավորը արգելել է Սպիտակ տանը զորքեր ուղարկել մեկ այլ քաղաք, որը ղեկավարվում է դեմոկրատների կողմից, հաղորդում է AFP-ն։
Ամբողջ երկրում սրվող քաղաքական ճգնաժամը Թրամփին մղում է հանցավորության և միգրացիայի դեմ պայքարի՝ ընդդիմադիր դեմոկրատների դեմ, որոնք նրան մեղադրում են իշխանության ավտորիտար զավթման մեջ։
Սրացման հերթական փուլում Թրամփը շաբաթ ուշ երեկոյան հրամայել է Ազգային գվարդիայի 300 զինվոր տեղակայել Չիկագոյում՝ ԱՄՆ երրորդ խոշոր քաղաքում՝ չնայած ընտրված ղեկավարների՝ այդ թվում քաղաքապետի և Իլինոյսի նահանգապետ Ջեյ Բի Փրիցքերի դիմադրությանը։
Փրիցքերը CNN-ին տված հարցազրույցում մեղադրել է հանրապետականներին՝ «տեղերում քաոս սերմանելու» ձգտման մեջ։ «Նրանք ուզում են ռազմական գործողությունների գոտի ստեղծել, որպեսզի կարողանան այնտեղ ավելի շատ զորքեր ուղարկել», — ասել է նա։
CBS-ի կիրակի օրը հրապարակած հարցման համաձայն, ամերիկացիների 42 տոկոսը աջակցում է Ազգային գվարդիայի տեղակայմանը քաղաքներում, մինչդեռ 58 տոկոսը դեմ է դրան։ Թրամփը, որը անցած երեքշաբթի խոսել էր «ներքին պատերազմի» համար զինված ուժերի օգտագործման մասին, որևէ նշան ցույց չի տալիս, որ հրաժարվում է իր կոշտ արշավից։
Կիրակի օրը նա հայտարարել է. «Պորտլենդը ամբողջությամբ այրվում է։ Ամենուրեք ապստամբներ են»։ Նրա հիմնական դաշնակիցը՝ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի խոսնակ Մայք Ջոնսոնը, կիրակի օրը NBC-ին կրկնել է նախագահի հռետորաբանությունը՝ նշելով, որ Վաշինգտոնում տեղակայված Ազգային գվարդիայի զորքերը արձագանքել են «բառացիորեն ռազմական գործողությունների գոտու» պայմաններում։
Սակայն Թրամփի՝ հայրենիքում զինված ուժերի օգտագործման արշավը բախվել է խոչընդոտի շաբաթ ուշ երեկոյան Օրեգոն նահանգի Պորտլենդ քաղաքում, երբ դատարանը որոշել է, որ զորքերի տեղակայումն ապօրինի է եղել։
