«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

rt.com-ը «Եվրամիությունը Հայաստանում կֆինանսավորի «աջակցության խմբերը»՝ ղարաբաղցի փախստականների համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Եվրամիությունը նախատեսում է ֆինանսական օգնություն տրամադրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից փախստականներին։ Այդ նպատակով կստեղծվի «Սոցիալական ծառայությունների արագացուցիչ», որը կներառի դրամաշնորհ ստացող՝ Հայաստանում գործող ՀԿ-ներ, որոնք էլ կստեղծեն «աջակցության խմբեր» փախստականների շրջանում։ «Արագացուցիչը» կստեղծվի ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Տեղահանված անձանց և խոցելի խմբերի վերականգնում, սոցիալական ներառում և հզորացում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում։ Դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի փաստաթղթերում նշվում է, որ 20 մասնագիտացված ՀԿ-ներ կստանան կազմակերպչական և խորհրդատվական աջակցություն, ապա դրանց կեսը կընտրվի որպես խոստումնալից և կստանա մինչև 50000 եվրո։

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված անձանց ճակատագրի նկատմամբ Եվրամիության մեծ հետաքրքրությունը անմիջականորեն կապված է 2026 թվականին Հայաստանում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ, բացատրել է հասարակական գործիչ և «Եվրասիա» ՀԿ-ի խորհրդի անդամ Միքայել Բադալ յանը։

«Կա հստակ ըմբռնում, որ այդ մարդիկ ամենամեծ խնդիրն են ներկայացնում ներկայիս կառավարության համար, քանի որ փախստականների մեծամասնությունը Փաշինյանին չափազանց բացասաբար է վերաբերվում։ Նրանք ավելի քան 100000 են, ինչը ընտրական առումով բավականին զգալի թիվ է», - rt.com–ին ասել է Բադալ յանը ՝ հիշեցնելով, որ նախորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում քվեարկել էր մոտ 1 միլիոն մարդ։ «Սոցիալական ուղու» վրա արևմտամետ ՀԿ-ների և պետական գործակալությունների ակտիվության աճը Հայաստանում արձագանք է ռուսական մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունների հեղինակության աճին, նշել է քաղաքագետը։ «Դա սկսվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ «Եվրասիա» ՀԿ-ն, Ռուսաստանի մարդասիրական առաքելության և «Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվոյի» հետ համատեղ սկսեց Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի համար մեծ մարդասիրական արշավ։ Դա շատ ժամանակին էր, քանի որ կառավարությունը հուլիսին չեղարկեց ղարաբաղցիների սոցիալական նպաստները։ Եվ հիմա ԵՄ–ն մեծ ներդրումներ կկատարի այս մարդկանց ձայները գնելու համար», - նշել է փորձագետը։

Ինչպես rt.com–ին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է «Ալֆա Նյուզի» գլխավոր խմբագիր Տիգրան Քոչարյանը, Բրյուսելը կփորձի «խաղալ Փաշինյանի կողմից» մարդասիրական գործունեության քողի տակ։ «Բնականաբար, ընտրությունների մոտենալու հետ ԵՄ կառույցները կփորձեն շփվել Փաշինյանից դժգոհ բնակչության բոլոր հնարավոր շերտերի հետ՝ ընտրություններից առաջ գործող իշխանությունների նկատմամբ անհանդուրժողականության մակարդակը գոնե նվազեցնելու համար։ Եվրամիությունը կփորձի խաղալ Փաշինյանի կողմից։ Եվրոպական կազմակերպությունները նմանատիպ գործողություններ ձեռնարկեցին նաև 2021 թվականի ընտրություններից առաջ», - նշել է փորձագետը։
