Զինծառայողի ինքնասպանություն․ նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է զինծառայողին ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամասի ժամկետային երկու զինծառայող նույն զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայողի նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունք դրսևորելու եղանակով վերջինիս անզգուշությամբ հասցրել են ինքնասպանության։
Մասնավորապես՝ երկու զինծառայողները տարբեր պատճառներով պարբերաբար սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել Ս.Հ.-ի հասցեին, այնուհետև խմբով դաժան վերաբերմունք են դրսևորել նրա նկատմամբ՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ զինծառայողի դեմքին առկա մարմնական վնասվածքը նկատել է ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամասի հրաձգային գումարտակի հրամանատարի թիկունքի գծով տեղակալը, ով պարզելով, որ նշված վնասվածքները պատճառել են զորամասի երկու զինծառայողները, հանցագործության դեպքի մասին սահմանված կարգով չի զեկուցել, այլ դրա փոխարեն՝ կարգադրել է զինծառայողի աչքի շրջանում առկա վնասվածքը շպարել:
Այսպիսով, երեք անձի՝ վերը նկարագրված գործողությունների հետևանքով Ս.Հ.-ն իրեն ամրակցված ինքնաձիգով ծնոտի հատվածում կրակահերթով արձակել է երկու կրակոց՝ գործելով ինքնասպանություն:
Երկու անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 522-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից զինծառայողին անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության հասցնելը), մեկ անձի նկատմամբ՝ 549-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (իշխանազանցությունը կամ իշխանությունը չարաշահելը):
Երկու անձի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը, մեկի նկատմամբ՝ տնային կալանքը:
