Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության անատամության դրսևորումները գործող իշխանություններին` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, հերթական անգամ լկտիանալու հնարավորություն են տվել և, ըստ էության, թերևս պետք է համաձայնվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշ պնդումների հետ այս մասով։ Կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը վիճել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանի հետ։

«Դուք ինձ մեղադրեցիք սուտ ասելու մեջ, և ես ուզում եմ առիթից օգտվել և ձեզ մեղադրել սուտ ասելու մեջ, որովհետև եթե ձեր ասածները ճիշտ լինեին, դուք էս վերջին 7 տարում 87 անգամ հեղափոխություն անելու կոչ էիք արել: Վաշինգտոնի հռչակագրից հետո, Խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հրապարակումից հետո ի՞նչ գործ ունեք խորհրդարանում: Եթե ամեն ինչ այդպես վատ է, դուրս եկեք հրապարակներ, կոչ արեք, հեղափոխություն արեք, բա ինչի՞ եք եկել այս փափուկ աթոռներին նստել. կանգնեք, էլ չնստեք. ի՞նչ գործ ունեք այստեղ: Բա որ այդ ամեն ինչը ճիշտ է, բա ո՞ւր են ձեր զանգվածները, ո՞ւր է ձեր հեղափոխությունը, համակերպվո՞ւմ եք այդ ամեն ինչի հետ, բա ամոթ չի՞, բա եկել նստել եք, գործուղումների եք գնում»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։

«Հայաստան» դաշինքից մեկ այլ պատգամավորի՝ Ագնեսա Խամոյանի հարցին էլ Փաշինյանը ընդհանրապես զավեշտալի պատասխան է տվել։ «Ե՞րբ պարզեցիք, որ դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանը գանձ է, պատմեցի՞ք արդյոք ՄԻԵԴ նախագահին, որ օրենքի, իրավունքի, դիկտատուրայի շրջանակում Արմեն Դանիելյանին վերաքննիչից տարել եք վճռաբեկ դատարան»,- Փաշինյանին հարցրել է Ագնեսա Խամոյանը։ «Եթե գանձ եք փնտրում, հայելու մեջ նայեք ձեզ, ձեզնից և ձեր ֆրակցիայից ավելի արժեքավոր գանձ մեզ համար պարզապես գոյություն չունի, և մենք դրա համար ձեզ այդպես փայփայում ենք»,– պատասխանել է Փաշինյանը։ Իսկ ընդդիմությունը ասելիք չի ունեցել իշխանությունը զավթածի այս հեգնական հայտարարություններին։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը ճիշտ է ասում։ Եթե ընդդիմությունը վստահ է, որ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը դավաճան է, պետք է հեղափոխություն անեին, այլ ոչ թե խորհրդարանում «պարոն վարչապետ»-ով դիմեին նրան։ Եվ բնական է, որ նման պայմաններում «Քաղպայմանագիրը» շարունակի լկտիանալ ոչ թե օրեցօր, այլ ժամ առ ժամ։
