Ադրբեջանի խարխլված ռեժիմը

Արման Ղարիբյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Bloomberg պարբերականն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցող վերջին իրադարձություններին, նավթի գնի անկամ վերաբերյալ: Ադրբեջանի համար ազգային արժույթի՝ մանաթի երկու անգամ արժեզրկումը լուրջ փորձություն էր, սակայն Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի համար տնտեսական և քաղաքական մարտահրավերները դեռ նոր են սկսվում: Ալիևի օրոք մանաթն անցած տարի վերածվեց աշխարհի ամենավատ արժույթի: Այժմ Ադրբեջանը բախվում է 12 տարվա ընթացքում նավթի ամենամեծ գնանկմանը:
Economist Intelligence Unit-ի վելուծաբան Ալեքս Նայսը նշել էր.. «Նախագահը փորձ չունի նման տեսակի ճգնաժամերը կառավարելու հարցում: Նավթից կախավածությունը նույն մակարադակի վրա է գտնվում, ինչպես և Սաուդյան Արաբիայում, բայց Ադրբեջանը շատ քիչ պահուստներ ունի»:
Ըստ միջազգային Standard & Poor’s վարկանիշային գործակալության՝ այս տարի Ադրբեջանում ինֆլյացիան կարող է հասնել 15 տոկոսի: Իսկ մթերքների և դեղերի գինը շեշտակիորեն բարձրացել է: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը երկրում կարգուկանոն հաստատելու համար օգտագործում է մտրակի և քաղցրահացի քաղաքականություն: Մի երկրում, որտեղ բողոքի ակցիաներ հազվադեպ են տեղի ունենում, իսկ չարտոնված ցույցերը պատժելի են:
Ավելին, հազարավոր մարդիկ բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացնում՝ պահանջելով աշխատատեղեր: Ոստիկանութունը նրանցից շատերին ձերբակալել է: Սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ Ալիևը աշխատավարձերի և կենսաթոշակնրի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ ստորագրել է ավելի քան 20 հրամանագրեր: Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսաների նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ այս տարի կառավարության ծախսերը կավելանան 2 միլիարդ մանաթով ($1.2 միլիադր), սա բավական չի լինի երկարաձգելու տնտեսական աննախադեպ էքսպանսիան:
Տնտեսական ցնցումներին դիմակայելու համար, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փակել են մի շարք բանկեր, իսկ հեղինակավոր մի շարք պարբերականների տեղեկություններով՝ $4 միլիարդ դոլար վարկ ստանալու համար վերջիններս հանդիպել են Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի և Համաշխարհային բանկի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Սակայն, Ալիևը տեսնելով, որ նպատակին չի հասնում, հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը վարկերի կարիք չունի»,-գրել է պարբերականը: «Քարնեգի» հիմնադրամի հարավկովկասյան հարցերով փորձագետ Թոմաս դե Վաալի կարծքիով Ալիևը գրեթե անհնար խնդրի առջև է կանգնել՝ ինչպես ազատվել դժգոհ քաղաքացիներից:
«Ալիևը երբեք էլ հոր նման իշխող միապետ չի եղել, այլ ավելի շուտ՝ «վերնախավի առանցք» և «բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների վեճերի դատավոր»: Այս կառույցում գնալով ի հայտ են գալիս ճաքեր»,-նշել է վերջինս:
