«Ես հարցեր չունեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ թողնելով դա քննչական մարմիններին ապագայում, սակայն, օգտվելով այն փաստից, որ այս շաբաթ ԵԽԽՎ-ում Հայաստանն ուշադրության կենտրոնում է, ցանկանում եմ դիմել Ձեզ, պարոն նախագահ, գլխավոր քարտուղարին և անդամ երկրներից ներկայացուցիչներին: Խնդրում եմ հանձնարարել Բաքվում Ձեր դեսպաններին այցելել ադրբեջանական բանտերում պահվող հայ գերիներին։ Այս մասին գրել է ՀՀ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը:
«Կարմիր խաչի գրասենյակի փակվելուց ի վեր մենք և նրանց հարազատները որևէ տեղեկություն չունենք մեր հայրենակիցների որպիսության մասին։ Դա նվազագույնն է, ինչ կարող եք անել նրանց համար։ Խնդրում եմ, արեք դա անհապաղ՝ ապացուցելու, որ Եվրոպայում դեռ հավատում են մարդասիրությանը։»
Սա այն «հարցն» էր, որը պատրաստվում էի տալ Փաշինյանին ԵԽԽՎ-ում, բայց քանի որ
իր ելույթի և հարց ու պատասխանի տևողություն/բովանդակություն հարաբերակցությունը չէր տարբերվում Ազգային ժողովի հարց ու պատասխանից՝ գրանցված պատգամավորներից ոչ մեկին հարցի իրավունք չտրվեց (միայն քաղաքական խմբերից հարցերը)։
Չնայած դրան, ես կգտնեմ խողովակներ այս հարցի բարձրաձայնման և լուծման համար»:
