37-ամյա Մարգարյանը uպանվել է լապտերի շուրջ ծագած վեճի պատճառով. նոր մանրամասներ

Լրագրող Լիա Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
Օրեր առաջ գրել էի, որ Կապանում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վեճի պատճառով դանակի մահացու հարվածներից սպшնվել է 37-ամյա Յուրի Մարգարյանը:
Սպանությունը կատարած 22-ամյա վարդենիսցին Կապանից դիմել է փախուստի, ապա ինքնակամ ներկայացել է Վարդենիսի ոստիկանության բաժին և խոստովանել հանցանքը:
Սպшնության վերաբերյալ հայտնի են դարձել նոր մանրամասներ: Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Կապանի հանքի աշխատակիցների միջև՝ լապտերը (ֆանարիկը) ցեխոտ հանձնելու պատճառով:
Սպшնությունը խոստովանած վարդենիսցին ցեխոտ լապտերը ջրի տակ լվացել է, որ հանձնի, լամպավար կինն ասել է՝ ջրի տակ մի՛ պահեք, փչանում է: Վարդենիսցին պատասխանել է՝ «թո՛ղ սարքողը մտածի»: Այս խոսակցությանը ներկա է եղել լապտերները վերանորոգողը, հարցրել է՝ «խի՞ ես տենց խոսում», ինչից հետո հանքի տարածքից դուրս են եկել՝ վեճը այլ վայրում շարունակելու նպատակով:
Արդեն հանքից հեռու վարդենիսցին դանակի համացու հարվածներ է հասցրել Յուրի Մարգարյանին, դանակահարել է նաև Մարգարյանի եղբորը:
Դեպքի վերաբերյալ ՆԳՆ-ն հայտնել էր՝ սեպտեմբերի 28-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ կտրած-ծակած վերքերով Կապան բժշկական կենտրոն են տեղափոխվել երկու անձինք, որոնցից մեկը՝ 37-ամյա Յուրի Մարգարյանը, գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է։
ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ Սյունիքի մարզի կոմբինատներից մեկում, վիճաբանություն է սկսվել մի խումբ անձանց միջև, ինչը շարունակվել է այլ վայրում։ Անձնական հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ընթացքում Վարդենիսի 22-ամյա բնակիչն իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել երկու անձի։
Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ խմբեր, ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։
Նույն օրը ոստիկանների ձեռնարկած բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ Վարդենիսի 22-ամյա բնակիչը ներկայացել է Համայնքային ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժին և խոստովանել կատարածը։
22-ամյա երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
