Փաշինյանի անատամ ելույթը ՄԱԿ-ում

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 80-րդ նստաշրջանում ելույթ են ունեցել նախ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը, ապա՝ Հայաստանի վարչապետին պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Եթե Ադրբեջանի նախագահը շարունակել է ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը, մեղադրանք է հասցեագրելով Հայաստանին և նոր սպառնալիքներ տալով, ապա Փաշինյանի ելույթը անատամ ու խեղճացած է եղել։

Ընդամենը Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կիրառած խոսույթը չի նպաստում խաղաղությանը։ Ի դեպ, նա չի պատասխանել նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարություններին, թե «Հայաստանը էթնիկ զտումներ և ռազմական հանցագործություններ է իրականացրել, արհամարհել խաղաղ կարգավորման տարբերակները»։ Որևէ կերպ միջազգային հանրության առջև չի արձանագրել, որ էթնիկ զտումներն ու ռազմական հանցագործությունները իրականացվել են հենց ադրբեջանցիների կողմից։

Ադրբեջանում պահվող և արդեն երկար տարիներ խոշտանգվող հայ գերիների մասին էլ ընդամենը մեկ կիսատ-պռատ արտահայտություն է արել՝ նշել է, որ «խաղաղության կառուցման և դրա պահպանման համատեքստում չափազանց կարևոր է գտնվելու վայրը, անհայտ անձանց ճակատագրի պարզաբանումը և երկարամյա կոնֆլիկտի բերումով անազատության մեջ հայտնված անձանց հարցի հասցեագրումը», որը, ըստ Փաշինյանի, Հայաստանի կառավարության ամենօրյա աշխատանքի մաս է։

Ըստ էության, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձանագրում է հերթական անգամ, որ վերածվել է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի խամաճիկի և չի կարողանում նույնիսկ Հայաստանի շահերից բխող հայտարարություններ անել ամենաբարձր ամբիոններից։ Եվ այս պայմաններում բնական է, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է լկտիանալ և նոր սպառնալիքներ տեղալ Հայաստանի հասցեին։ Այսպես է լինում, երբ երկրի ղեկը զբաղեցնում են անողնաշար և դավաճան իշխանությունները։
