Armlur.am-ի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Մերձավան համայնքում կան անձինք, որոնք այս պահին իրավապահների ձեռքում են և պահվում են նրանց մոտ։
Համայնքում տարածված լուրերով՝ իրավապահները տարել են համայնքի բնակիչներ Հակոբ Մաթևոսյանին, Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանին, Սամվել Ղազարյանին, ովքեր փետրվարյան դեպքերի մասնակիցներ են եղել։

Քիչ առաջ հայտնել էինք, որ Armlur.am-ի բացառիկ տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի ենթադրյալ սպանություն կատարող անձը Մերձավանում հայտնի Գևորգն է, որը դեռևս 7 ամիս առաջ Մերձավանում հնչած կրակոցների մասնակիցն է եղել։

Մերձավանում տարածված լուրերով՝ գործով անցնող անձինք սպանության գործով ամեն մեկը ունեցել է իր դերակատարումը։ Սպասենք քննության ընթացքին։

Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ Մերձավանում տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձերբակալված անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ սպանությանը օժանդակելու հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։

Վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, որը բավարարվել է։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում սպորտային պայուսակի մեջ հայտնաբերվել է նաև մարզասրահի այցեքարտ, որն ուղարկվել է հետաքննություն իրականացնող մարմին։ Պարզվել է, որ այցեքարտը պատկանում է սպանություն կատարած անձին։

Շարունակելով ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցների կողմից հանցագործության ամբողջական բացահայտման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումները՝ պարզվել և բացահայտվել է նաև առերևույթ սպանություն կատարած խմբի մյուս անդամ հանդիսացող անձի ինքնությունը, ով ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է նախաքննություն իրականացնող մարմին։

Վերջինս տվել է ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունքներ և մատնանշել հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող ինքնաձիգի գտնվելու վայրը։ Քննիչի կողմից առգրավվել է նաև հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող ինքնաձիգը։

Սպանություն կատարած անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (2 դրվագ)՝ սպանությունը, 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ սպանության փորձը, 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ հրազենի, դրա հիմնական բաղկացուցիչ մասերի, ռազմամթերքի և այլ նյութերի, սարքերի, առարկաների ապօրինի շրջանառությունը։

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
