ՄԱԿ-ը վերականգնել է Իրանի դեմ պшտժшմիջոցները

ՄԱԿ-ը շաբաթ օրը վերականգնել է Իրանի նկատմամբ զենքի էմբարգոն և այլ պատժամիջոցներ՝ եվրոպական առանցքային տերությունների նախաձեռնած գործընթացից հետո, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։
Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան և Գերմանիան ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում նախաձեռնել էին Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների վերականգնումը՝ երկրին մեղադրելով միջուկային ռումբի մշակման դադարեցմանն ուղղված 2015 թվականի համաձայնագիրը խախտելու մեջ։
Իրանը հերքում է, որ ձգտում է միջուկային զենք ստեղծել։ Իրանի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Գերմանիայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Միացյալ Նահանգների, Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի կողմից սկզբնապես համաձայնեցված տասնամյա միջուկային գործարքի դադարեցումը, հավանաբար, կհանգեցնի Մերձավոր Արևելքում լարվածության սրմանը՝ Իսրայելի և ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից իրանական միջուկային օբյեկտների ռմբակոծումից ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս անց։
ՄԱԿ-ի պատժամիջոցները, որոնք սահմանվել էին Անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից 2006-2010 թվականներին ընդունված բանաձևերով, վերականգնվել են շաբաթ օրը՝ արևելյան ժամանակով ժամը 20:00-ին (Գրինվիչի ժամանակով՝ 00:00-ին)։ Այս շաբաթ ՄԱԿ-ում համաշխարհային առաջնորդների ամենամյա հանդիպման շրջանակներում Իրանի նկատմամբ բոլոր պատժամիջոցների վերականգնումը հետաձգելու փորձերը ձախողվել են։
«Մենք կոչ ենք անում Իրանին և բոլոր պետություններին լիովին պահպանել այդ բանաձևերը», - ասվում է Ֆրանսիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ՝ սահմանված ժամկետի ավարտից հետո։
Եվրոպական տերությունները առաջարկել էին հետաձգել պատժամիջոցների վերականգնումը մինչև վեց ամսով՝ երկարաժամկետ գործարքի շուրջ բանակցությունների հնարավորություն ընձեռելու համար, եթե Իրանը վերականգնի ՄԱԿ-ի միջուկային տեսուչների մուտքը, վերացնի հարստացված ուրանի պաշարների վերաբերյալ մտահոգությունները և բանակցություններ սկսի Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ։
ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հստակ հասկացրել է, որ դիվանագիտությունը դեռևս տարբերակ է Իրանի համար, և գործարքը մնում է լավագույն արդյունքն իրանցի ժողովրդի և ողջ աշխարհի համար, ՄԱԿ-ի պատժամիջոցների վերականգնումից հետո իր հայտարարության մեջ նշել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն։
«Դա տեղի ունենալու համար Իրանը պետք է համաձայնի բարեխիղճ, առանց ձգձգումների և խաբեության անցկացվող ուղիղ բանակցություններին», - ասել է նա՝ ընդգծելով, որ մինչև նոր գործարքի կնքումը կարևոր է, որ երկրները անհապաղ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառեն, «որպեսզի ճնշում գործադրեն իրանցի ղեկավարների վրա՝ անելու այն, ինչ ճիշտ է իրենց ազգի համար, և այդպես ավելի լավ կլինի ողջ աշխարհի անվտանգության համար»։
