Ներքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախաքննության ընթացիկ արդյունքները վկայում են, որ Փարաքարի համայնքապետ Վոլոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանությունը, ըստ առկա տվյալների, շարունակությունն է այս տարվա փետրվարի 5-ին Մերձավանում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի։ Այդ դեպքի ժամանակ սպանվել էր այս գործով ձերբակալվածի հարազատ եղբայրը։

Սարգսյանը նշեց փետրվարյան միջադեպի մանրամասները՝ ըստ քննության․ «Մերձավան համայնքում մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն էր սկսվել մեքենան արագ վարելու և չբարևելու հարցի շուրջ։ Բախումը վերածվել էր ծեծկռտուքի, հնչել էին կրակոցներ։

29-ամյա Գրիգոր Օհանյանը կրծքավանդակի շրջանում ստացել էր հրազենային վնասվածք և մահացել։

Այդ դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ․ տասնյակից ավելի անձանց մեղադրանքներ էին առաջադրվել, կային ձերբակալվածներ և կալանավորվածներ, գործը ուղարկվել էր դատարան»։

Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ այժմ դիտարկվում է վարկած, ըստ որի Վոլոդյա Գրիգորյանի սպանությունը փետրվարյան միջանձնային հակասությունների շարունակությունն է, քանի որ նա եղբայրն էր այն անձը, որը մեղադրվում էր Մերձավանի միջադեպում։

ՆԳՆ խոսնակը նաև նշեց, որ փետրվարյան իրադարձություններից հետո ոստիկանությունը բազմիցս կանխարգելիչ քայլեր է իրականացրել լարված հարաբերություններ ունեցող անձանց նկատմամբ․ «Տասնյակից ավելի անգամներ ոստիկանությունը տեղեկություններ է ստացել հնարավոր նոր բախումների մասին։ Անմիջապես բոլոր կողմերից անձինք բերվել են բաժին, բացատրական աշխատանք է տարվել»,– ասաց նա։

Ներկայում, հաշվի առնելով հնարավոր հետագա սրացումները, ոստիկանությունը տեղադրել է հենակետեր և շարունակում է ակտիվ միջոցառումներ՝ կանխելու հետագա անցանկալի հետևանքները։
