ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը Եռաբլուրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց, որ Արցախի թեման իրենց համար փակված չէ և նշեց երեք հիմնական պատճառ։
«Առաջինը՝ Ադրբեջանը իր հանցավոր գործողություններով ոչ թե ավարտել, այլ ավելի է սրել հակամարտությունը և այս ցեղասպանության համար պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրի միջազգային հարթակներում։
Երկրորդը՝ Արցախի սուբյեկտայնությունը պետք է պահպանվի, և նրա ինստիտուտներն ու իշխանությունները պետք է շարունակեն աշխատել Արցախի ժողովրդի ճակատագրի, սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի և հավաքական վերադարձի համար անվտանգ պայմանների ստեղծման ուղղությամբ։
Երրորդը՝ եթե այս երկու հանգամանքներն ուժի մեջ են, ապա բանակցությունները այլընտրանք չունեն»,– ընդգծեց Օհանյանը։
Նա դժգոհեց, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հետ միասին լուծարեցին Մինսկի խումբը: «Դա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ իրենց գործողություններով նպատակ ունեն փակել Արցախի էջը»,– ասաց պատգամավորը։
Օհանյանի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանը օգտվեց ՀՀ իշխանությունների «իրարամերժ գործողություններից և ոչ ադեկվատ հայտարարություններից» ու խախտեց տարիների ընթացքում բանակցություններով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ սանձազերծելով պատերազմ։
«Ուժի միջոցով Ադրբեջանը հասավ հաջողությունների Արցախում, հետո ներխուժեց ՀՀ սահմաններ և մինչև այսօր շուրջ 200 քառ. կմ տարածք պահում է իր վերահսկողության տակ։ 2023-ին էլ, այսպես կոչված, հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունների անվան տակ հայաթափեց Արցախը՝ իրականացնելով ցեղասպանություն արցախցիների նկատմամբ»,– ասաց նա։
Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ Ադրբեջանը, լինելով հիմնական հանցագործ, չէր կարող հասնել այս արդյունքների, եթե տարիների բանակցային ամբողջ ներուժը չմսխվեր և բանակցությունները չդադարեցվեին։
