VIDEOԱյսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 26-ին, Ազգային ժողովում «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության առաջարկով խորհրդարանական լսումներ են հրավիրվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իմպիչմենտի ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ:
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար, ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանն ասաց, որ Սահմանադրությունն ունի համապատասխան հոդված, որը նախատեսում է՝ ձախողված կառավարությունները և կառավարության հաստատված գործունեության ծրագրից շեղված գործադիր իշխանությունները պետք է հրաժարական տան, և, որ դրան հասնելու լեգիտիմ հնարավորությունն իմպիչմենտի գործընթացն է:
«Սա իրական և իրատեսական գործընթաց է, ունի այս պահին ՀՀ-ի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների լուծման բավարար ներուժ և գործող կառավարությանն այլ կառավարությունով փոխարինելու լիարժեք հնարավորություն»,- նշեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այս կառավարությունը հրաժարական չի տա իր կամքով, եթե անգամ 1 միլիոն մարդ հավաքվի փողոցում, այսինքն, իմպիչմենտ պիտի տեղի ունենա:
Անդրադառնալով խաղաղության համաձայնագրի վերջնական ստորագրմանը, Արտակ Զաքարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Ադրբեջանը պայման է դնում՝ Հայաստանը պետք է փոխի իր սահմանադրությունը:
«Ադրբեջանցիները ստիպել են, «ականջներից» բռնել-տարել են Վաշինգտոն և ասել՝ եկե՛ք ԱՄՆ ներկայությամբ ստորագրեք, որ այլևս չեք փոխելու այս բանակցությունները, բանակցություններն ավարտել ենք, խաղաղություն է: Բայց խաղաղություն կլինի այն դեպքում, երբ Հայաստանը կվերականգնի անվտանգային բալանսը: Միայն այդ դեպքում, այնպես, ինչպես եղել է տարիների ընթացքում»,- շարունակեց պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարարը և շեշտեց, որ իրենք կողմնակից են ճանապարհները բացելուն, բայց դրանց գործարկման իրավական, տնտեսական բալանսները պիտի լինեն ամբողջությամբ փոխադարձության սկզբունքով, ինչի մասին պիտի դետալացված գրված լինի:
