Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 26-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում:
Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Մասիս քաղաքում գտնվող «Էդեմ» բժշկական կենտրոնի ծննդատան դիմաց են հավաքվել Դաշտավան գյուղի բնակիչները, ովքեր պահանջում են, որպեսզի քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի նշված բժշկական կենտրոնոմ աշխատող Մհեր Ենգիբարյանը, ում պատճառով նորածին երեխա է մահացել:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում մահացած երեխայի հարազատները, այդ թվում՝ տատիկը, ասում էին.
«Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին՝ նշված հիվանդանոցի բժիշկների կողմից նշանակված օրը, բերել ենք ծննդատուն, մի քանի ժամ մնացել ա բժիշկների հսկողության տակ, ովքեր մեզ անընդհատ ասում էին, թե ոչ մի խնդիր չկա, մայրը առողջ է, պտուղը առողջ է ու նույնիսկ մի քանի անգամ աչքալուսանք էին տալիս, ասելով, թե ամեն ինչ լավ է, առողջ աղջիկ եք ունենալու: Դե մենք էլ ոգևորված ու ուրախացած սպասում էինք, որ երեխայի ծնվելուց հետո կմտնենք, կտեսնենք երեխային, բայց գիշերը մի տեսակ աժիոտաժ ստեղծվեց ծննդատանը ու մեր մտքով չէր անցնում, որ այն կապված է մեր հարսի ծննդաբերության հետ:
Փորձում էինք անընդհատ ճշտել, սակայն չէին պատասխանում»:
Դրանից հետո տատիկը մտնում է հիվանդանոց և երեխային հայտնաբերում է մահացած: Փորձում է բժիշկներին, Մհեր Ենգիբարյանին հանդիպել, սակայն ոչ ոք չի բարեհաճում մոտենալ ու պատասխանել ծնողների հարցերին:
Դեպքի մասին տեղեկացվում է ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին, որտեղից հիվանդանոց է ժամանում հերթապահ խումբը, իսկ այս պահին էլ նշված բժշկական կենտրոնում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի քննիչը քննչական գործողություններ է կատարում:
Հարազատներն ասում էին.
«Մենք մեր երեխային հետ չենք բերի, բայց ուզում ենք, որպեսզի կատարվի օբյեկտիվ քննություն, առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը իր հսկողության տակ վերցնի ոչ միայն այս գործը, այլև այս բժշկական կենտրոնի գործունեությունը:
Ով է տեսել՝ առողջ երեխային բերես ծննդատուն, մի քանի ժամ ասեն՝ աչքներդ լույս, ամեն ինչ լավ է, իսկ հետո խուսափեն մեզ հետ հանդիպումից»:
