Վաշինգտոնում բարձրացվում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի և Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ իշխանությունների արշավի հարցը

Վաշինգտոնում գործող փաստաբան Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամի վերջին հայտարարությունները նոր լույս են սփռում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների քաղաքականության վրա։ Խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն հայ գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի անօրինական կալանքին, այլև Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ պետական մակարդակով տարվող արշավին։
Ամստերդամը հատուկ ընդգծում է, որ իրենք ԱՄՆ-ի ընտրված պաշտոնյաների և հայկական սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ անցկացնում են հանդիպումներ, որոնցում ներկայացվում են այն քայլերը, որոնք իշխանությունները ձեռնարկում են՝ վարկաբեկելու և չեզոքացնելու ինչպես ազգային եկեղեցական ինստիտուտը, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի ամենահեղինակավոր բարերարներից մեկին։ Սա արդեն դուրս է գալիս Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական օրակարգից և տեղափոխվում է միջազգային դաշտ։
Այստեղ պետք է նկատել երկու առանցքային հանգամանք։ Առաջին՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի գործը վաղուց արդեն չի դիտարկվում միայն որպես բիզնես հակամարտություն։ Այն միջազգային ատյաններում ընկալվում է որպես քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար, որն ուղղված է տնտեսական և բարեգործական հսկայական ներուժ ունեցող գործչի դեմ։ Երկրորդ՝ Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ հարձակումները հստակորեն ընկալվում են ոչ միայն որպես կրոնական կամ կազմակերպական ճնշումներ, այլև որպես փորձ՝ թուլացնելու հայ ժողովրդի ինքնության և համախմբվածության հիմնասյուներից մեկը։
Վաշինգտոնի հետ աշխատանքի ֆոնին պարզ է դառնում, որ հարցը վերածվում է միջազգային օրակարգի։ Եթե ամերիկացի քաղաքական գործիչներն ու սփյուռքի կազմակերպությունները շարունակեն ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել Սամվել Կարապետյանի և Եկեղեցու դեմ իրականացվող քայլերը, ապա Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ստիպված է լինելու բացատրություններ տալ ոչ միայն ներքին հանրությանը, այլև արտաքին գործընկերներին։
Այս իրավիճակում ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը սկսում է սպառնալ Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակությանը։ Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե պետությունը թիրախավորել է ազգային ինքնության հիմնարար կառույցները՝ գործարար աշխարհը և Եկեղեցին, ինչն անխուսափելիորեն բերելու է նոր լարվածությունների։
