Զարուհին ի՞նչ ՄԻՊ

Օղորմի Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքին
Ինչու՞ հիշեցի այս տողերը: Վերջին շրջանում, կարծես բոլորի քննարկման կիզակետում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեման է:
Այս ինտիտուտը բնականաբար չափազանց կարևոր է, սակայն ի՞նչ ենք սպասում, ինչի՞ն ենք սպասում: Մինչ այս, ռեժիմի կողմից, բազամթիվ ոտնձգություններ են արվել մարդու, քաղաքացու իրավունքի հանդեպ: Կասե՞ք ինձ մի դեպք, մի օրինակ, երբ մարդու իրավունքի պաշտպանը քաղաքական ճնշումների պահով ինչ որ հարց է լուծել, կամ գործին լուրջ ընթացք տվել:
Եթե մի կողմ թողնենք պաթոսն ու չհիմնավորված լավատեսությունն այս կառույցի նկտամամբ, կտեսնենք, որ իրականում հիմքում մնում է սա:
Ավելի հետաքրքիր է, որ մարդիկ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանին են տեսնում, որպես այս ինտիտւոտի ղեկավար: Ինչ աստիճանի կարելի է ոչնչից չհասկանալ, որ ՄԻՊ պաշտոնում պաշտպանել Փոստանջյանի թեկնածությունը;
Այստեղ հարցը բոլորովին այն չէ, թե ինչքանո՞վ է Փոստանջյանը համապատասխանում այս պաշտոնին, սակայն նման ցանկություն հայտնողները ինչպե՞ս են պատկերացնում Զարուհուն այս պաշտոնում: Եթե կարծում են, որ Փոստանջյանը կարող է նորմալ և տեղը տեղին աշխատացնել ՄԻՊ-ը, ապա մեղմ ասած ընդունում են, որ մինչ այդ անհիմն են մեղադրել ռեժիմին անարդարությունների համար: Իսկ եթե մտածում են, որ չի կարող աշխատել և դառնալու է հերթական իշխանական զոհը, ապա ինչու՞ են Փոստանջյանին տանում կրակի բերան:
Ամեն դեպքում եթե նման մարդիկ կարծում են որ Զարուհին կպաշտպանի մարդու իրավունքները Հայաստանում, ապա մեղմ ասած Հայստանից չեն: Այնպես որ ընդհանրապես էական չէ, թե ով կլինի ՄԻՊ-ը, միևնույն է Հայաստնաում մարդու իրավունքները ոտնահարված են:
