Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին` ժամը 20-ին, Ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ստացվեց հաղորդում, ըստ որի` կացնով հարվածել էին Իջևանի Բլբուլյան փողոցի մի բնակչի ձեռքին և ոտքին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:
Ավելի ուշ նույն դեպքի վերաբերյալ հաղորդում ստացվեց նաև «Իջևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից: Հայտնեցին, որ 35-ամյա տղամարդը բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է բուժօգնության:
Մեկնել են Քրեական ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները: Պարզվել է, որ տուժածի հետ նախկինում ունեցած տարաձայնությունները պարզելիս իր մոտ եղած կացնով նրան վնասվածքները պատճառել է Իջևանի Ասլանյան փողոցի բնակիչ 39-ամյա մի տղամարդ, որը դեպքից հետո դիմել է փախուստի:
Տավուշի քրեական և Իջևանի համայնքային ոստիկանների համատեղ միջոցառման և բացատրական աշխատանքից հետո 39-ամյա տղամարդը սեպտեմբերի 23-ին ներկայացել է վարչություն և խոստովանել արարքը։
Նա տեղափոխվել է Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, ապա` ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։
