«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունում չեն դադարում խմորումները՝ կապված նոր վարչության կազմի ընտրության հետ։ ՔՊ-ում, հատկապես նախորդ վարչությունից դուրս մնացածները կամ ցածր ձայներ ստացած, բայց վարչություն անցած քպականները վստահ են, որ ընտրություններն անցկացվել են Փաշինյանի հրահանգով և նրա ցանկալի մարդկանց ներգրավմամբ։ Մասնավորապես, շատերի համար խիստ զարմանալի է, որ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը կամ Երևանի քաղաքապետը չափազանց քիչ ձայներ են ստացել և, թեպետ անցել են վարչության կազմ, բայց կարելի է ասել՝ բավականին լուրջ ռեպուտացիոն կորուստ են ունեցել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ տարօրինակ են համարում Ալխաս Ղազարյանի ստացած ձայների թիվը։

Ըստ այդմ, «Քաղպայմանագրում» վստահ են, որ նոր վարչության կազմի ընտրությունից հետո Փաշինյանը որոշակի վերադասավորումներ է անելու հենց կուսակցության ներսում։ Նրանց, ովքեր չեն կարողացել ընտրվել, կամ պաշտոնազերծ կանեն, իսկ պատգամավորներին էլ ընտրացուցակի ավելի ցածր համարներում կտեղավորեն։ ՔՊ-ում վստահ են, որ 2026 թվականի ընտրություններում չեն ստանա 70 մանդատ, ինչպես 7-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում էր։ Շատերը դուրս են մնալու խորհրդարանից։

Կառավարությունում էլ առաջիկայում վերադասավորումներ կլինեն։ ՔՊ-ի մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, քննարկվում է Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին պաշտոնանկ անելու և առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնում Արսեն Թորոսյանին վերանշանակելու հնարավորությունը։ Ավանեսյանին չի հաջողվել անցնել վարչություն, թեպետ բավական ակտիվ քարոզարշավ է տարել, և այժմ կասկած չկա, որ նա զրկվելու է նախարարի պաշտոնից։ Սակայն հարմար թեկնածու առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնի համար չկա, բացի Արսեն Թորոսյանից։ Վերջինիս կարող են տեղափոխել առողջապահության նախարարություն, իսկ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական ապահովության նախարար նշանակել ՔՊ վարչություն ընտրված Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանին։
