Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ծանր խոսակցություն է սպասվում Մոսկվայում

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին այսօր բավական «ծանր» խոսակցություն է սպասվում Մոսկվայում։ Վարչապետի աշխատակազմը հայտնել է, որ Փաշինյանը աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն։ Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին վարչապետը Մոսկվայում կմասնակցի «Համաշխարհային ատոմային շաբաթ» խորագրով համաժողովին։ Երեկ էլ Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը հաստատել է տարածված տեղեկությունը, որ Փաշինյանը գտնվելու է Մոսկվայում։ Նշվել է նաև, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ միջոցառմանը կմասնակցեն նաև Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Գրոսին, Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն և այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք։
Խոսակցությունը, որը սպասվում է Փաշինյանին, վերաբերելու է ոչ միայն նրա արտաքին քաղաքականության նոր կուրսին, այլ նաև Հայաստանում ատոմային նոր ռեակտոր կառուցելու հնարավորություններին։ Նշենք, որ տևական ժամանակ Հայաստանը մտմտում է, թե որ պետության հետ պայմանավորվի նոր ատոմային ռեակտոր կառուցելու շուրջ։ Թեպետ ռուսական կողմը բավականին գայթակղիչ առաջարկներ է արել, բայց և այնպես Հայաստանը՝ Արևմուտքի ազդեցության տակ գտնվելով, մտածում է շարժական մոդուլային ատոմակայան գնել Միացյալ Նահանգներից, Ֆրանսիայից կամ Հարավային Կորեայից։ Ատոմակայանը, բացի էներգետիկ անվտանգության կարևորագույն աղբյուր լինելուց, առաջին հերթին հենց քաղաքական գործոն է, ուստի Փաշինյանի որոշումից է կախված, թե դեպի ուր է գնալու Հայաստանը։ Եթե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հայտարարեն, որ նոր ատոմային ռեակտորը գնելու են արևմտյան երկրներից, Ռուսաստանի հետ առանց այն էլ վատ հարաբերությունները շատ ավելի կվատանան։
Երեկ Փաշինյանը մեծ խորհրդակցություն է գումարել՝ քննարկելով հենց ատոմակայանի հարցը, նախքան Մոսկվա մեկնելը։ Թե ինչ որոշում է կայացնելու կամ ինչ «կռուտիտներ» է անելու նա Մոսկվայում՝ դեռևս հայտնի չէ։ Ցանկացած պարագայում, ինչ որոշում էլ կայացնի Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, խնդիրներն անպակաս են լինելու։ Չնայած Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը հայտարարում է արտաքին քաղաքականության բալանսավորման մասին, այնուամենայնիվ ստիպված է լինելու ընտրել որևէ ճամբար, և Ռուսաստանին ընտրելու դեպքում լրջագույն խնդիրների է բախվելու հենց Արևմուտքի և Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ։
