Ո՞վ կդառնա քավության նոխազը՝ նախարա՞րը, թե՞ ոստիկանապետը

Ոստիկանությունը մինչ այս պահը որևէ անձի չի ձերբակալել Արմավիրի մարզի Մերձավան բնակավայրում տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքով։ Հիշեցնենք, երեկ կրակոցներ էին հնչել, սպանվել էին Փարաքարի համայնքապետ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը, նրա ընկեր՝ ոստիկան Կարեն Աբրահամյանը, իսկ Արծրուն Գալստյանը հիվանդանոցում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում։ Դեպքի վայրում իրավապահները 18 պարկուճ են գտել։
Սպանությունից անմիջապես հետո Փաշինյանն առավոտյան գրառում էր արել՝ ցավակցելով, միաժամանակ ուղղորդելով քննությանը, թե որ ճանապարհով պետք է գնան։ Մերձավանում տեղի ունեցած սպանությունը հերթական անգամ վկայում է, որ երկրում անպատժելիության խայտառակ մթնոլորտ է ստեղծվել։ Ոստիկանական և իրավապահ համակարգը դարձել են փաշինյանական իշխանության կցորդ, կատարում են միայն վերջինիս հրահանգները, ապահովում գործող իշխանությունների անվտանգությունը, իսկ ընդդիմադիր գործիչներն ու պարզապես շարքային քաղաքացիները հայտնվել են ապօրինությունների ու հանցագործների հետ դեմ հանդիման՝ միայնակ ու անպաշտպան։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը նրանցից որևէ մեկին քավության նոխազ է դարձնելու և պաշտոնանկ անելու։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ մեծ հավանականությամբ քավության նոխազը հենց ներքին գործերի նախարարն է լինելու։ Արփինե Սարգսյանին այդ պաշտոնում նշանակել են՝ հաշվի առնելով միջազգային կազմակերպությունների պահանջը։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը, առանձնապես ցանկություն չունի վերջինիս հետ աշխատելու և կարևորագույն այդ պաշտոնին ցանկանում է նշանակել որևէ հավատարիմ ՔՊ-ականի։
