Հայաստանը շահագրգիռ է ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ

Հայաստանը շահագրգիռ է ԵԱՀԿ Ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների ու մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակի (ԺՀՄԻԳ) հետ համագործակցության շարունակությամբ: Փետրվարի 9-ին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, պատասխանելով լրագրողներից մեկի հարցին, հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը` հավելելով, որ մինչև այժմ բավականին լավ ու արդյունավետ համագործակցություն է հաստատել այդ կառույցի հետ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` չնայած ԺՀՄԻԳ-ը չի զբաղվում հանրաքվեների դիտարկմամբ, այնուամենայնիվ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության խնդրանքով ՀՀ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն դիտարկելու էին եկել 4 դիտորդներ: Ինչպես նկատեց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, Հայաստանը հրավիրեց ԺՀՄԻԳ-ին` մեկ նպատակ ունենալով, որ հանրաքվեն անցկացվի թափանցիկ ու հնարավորինս շատ դիտորդների ներկայությամբ: «Լրիվ ազատություն տրվեց ԺՀՄԻԳ-ին թե դիտորդների թվաքանակի, թե դիտարկման ձևաչափի ու եղանակի ընտրության առումով: Կառույցը որոշեց ուղարկել միայն 4 դիտորդ շատ կարճատև, սահմանափակ ժամանակահատվածի համար: Իրենք հրապարակեցին զեկույցը և ի լրացումն այն մեկնաբանությունների, որոնք տվել էին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ու այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք, ես կարող եմ ասել, որ մեզ ուղղված նամակում բարձր է գնահատվում այն շարունակական արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, որ հաստատվել է Հայաստանի ու ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի միջև: Հույս էր հայտնվում, որ այն առաջարկները, որոնք արվել են այս զեկույցում Հայաստանը նկատի կառնի, ու մենք կշարունակենք մեր համագործակցությունը ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի հետ նույն ոգով` ուղղված Հ այաստանում ընտրական համակարգի էլ ավելի բարելավմանը»,-հավելեց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 6-ին կայացած հանրաքվեի արդյունքներով` քվեարկողների մեծամասնությունը կողմ է քվեարկել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին:
