Մեղրին՝ ապագա Հայաստանի տնտեսական շարժիչը. Նարեկ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի ամենահարավային շրջանը՝ Մեղրին, իր աշխարհագրական դիրքով ու հնարավորություններով առանձնանում է մյուս մարզերից։ Այստեղ գործազրկության այն խնդիրները, որոնք բնորոշ են երկրի մեծ մասին, գրեթե չկան։ Ընդհակառակը՝ Մեղրին այսօր կանգնած է աշխատող ուժի պակասի առջև։ «Մեր պատկերացրած ապագա Հայաստանում Մեղրին ունենալու է վճռորոշ տնտեսական դեր։ Պետք է ստեղծել բնակարանային և ներդրումային հատուկ ծրագրեր, որպեսզի այն բնակավայրերից, որտեղ գործազրկությունն ավելի բարձր է, մարդիկ տեղափոխվեն Մեղրի։ Այս քայլը կուժեղացնի տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությունը և կապահովի տնտեսական ակտիվ զարգացում»,- ընդգծում է «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։
Առաջարկվող ծրագրերից առաջինը «էներգետիկ բարդերն» են։ Նախատեսվում է Մեղրիում կառուցել ջերմաէլեկտրակայաններ ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով՝ շուրջ 300 միլիոն դոլար ներդրումներով։ Նպատակն այն է, որ Հայաստան ներմուծվող գազը Մեղրիում վերամշակվի և որպես էլեկտրականություն արտահանվի Իրան։ Այս լուծումը թույլ կտա շրջանցել օդային գծերի սահմանափակ հնարավորությունները և խողովակաշարի բարդությունները։
Մեղրին կարող է դառնալ նաև լոգիստիկ կարևոր հանգույց՝ կապելով Պարսից ծոցն ու Սև ծովը։ Այս նախագծի իրագործումը հնարավորություն կտա բեռների արագ տեղափոխման, ինչը կնպաստի ոչ միայն Մեղրիի, այլև ամբողջ Հայաստանի տնտեսական ինտեգրմանը միջազգային շուկաների հետ։
Տարածաշրջանը մեծ պոտենցիալ ունի նաև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում։ Չնայած Հայաստան տարեկան ներմուծում է հազարավոր տոննա կիվի, լիմոն և նույնիսկ նուռ, Մեղրիի կլիման թույլ է տալիս հենց այստեղ արտադրել այդ մթերքները։ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ անհրաժեշտ է մշակել համապարփակ ծրագիր, տրամադրել գյուղացիներին մատչելի ֆինանսավորում և լուծել ջրի հարցը՝ սարերից եկող ջրերը կուտակելու նպատակով կառուցելով ջրամբար։ Սա ոչ միայն կապահովի նոր այգիների հիմնում, այլև կբարձրացնի բերքատվությունը։
Մեղրին իր աշխարհագրությամբ միշտ էլ եղել է Հայաստանի հարուստ ու կենսունակ տարածաշրջաններից մեկը։ Ներկայացված ծրագրերը նպատակ ունեն այս ներուժը վերածել համապետական հզոր տնտեսական շարժիչի՝ միաժամանակ ամրապնդելով սահմանային համայնքների անվտանգությունը։
