ԶՊՄԿ-ն կորպորատիվ մշակույթի նոր որակ է ներդնում

Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ հարկատուն՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, առաջատար է նաև կորպորատիվ մշակույթի ներդրման հարցում։ Կոմբինատում մեկնարկել է վարքագծի կանոնագրքի և քաղաքականությունների ուսուցումը։ Վարքագծի կանոնագիրքը և քաղաքականությունները սահմանում են կոմբինատի աշխատակիցների իրավունքները և պարտականությունները՝ նպաստելով ավելի պատասխանատու և արդյունավետ աշխատանքային միջավայրի ձևավորմանը։
Ընկերությունը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում, որպեսզի բոլոր աշխատակիցները տեղյակ լինեն իրենց իրավունքներից, նաև իրենց պարտականություններից, որպեսզի թե՛ ղեկավարության, և թե՛ իրար մեջ շփումներում տարակարծություններ, խնդիրներ չառաջանան, որոնք կարող են ոչ միայն խաթարել աշխատանքային միջավայրը, այլ նաև խնդիրներ հարուցել աշխատակիցների և կոմբինատի համար։ Դրա համար ընկերությունն ընդունել է վարքագծի կանոնագիրք, և այն մանրամասն ներկայացնում է աշխատակիցներին։ Առաջին փուլում ուսուցմանը մասնակցում են գրասենյակային աշխատակիցները, բայց հաջորդ փուլերում դասընթացները հասանելի կլինեն ընկերության բոլոր աշխատակիցներին։ Ընդ որում, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը հրավիրել է հայտնի դասընթացավար, Ամերիկյան համալսարանի դասախոս Սերգեյ Թանդուշյանին, ով էլ ներկայացնում է վարքագծի կանոնագիրքը կոմբինատի աշխատակիցներին։
Առաջին հայացքից սա կարող է տարօրինակ թվալ, սակայն ԶՊՄԿ-ում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ կորպորատիվ մշակույթի, միմյանց հետ հարաբերվելու, ղեկավարության ու իրար հետ շփումներում ընկերության աշխատակիցները պետք է պատրաստված լինեն, իմանան, թե ի՞նչ է բխում իրենց աշխատանքային պարտականություններից, ինչպիսի՞ իրավունքներ ունեն և ի՞նչ կարող են ակնկալել աշխատանքի ընթացքում։ Ի դեպ, բոլոր այն աշխատակիցներն, ովքեր ուսուցումը արդեն անցել են, նշում են, թե վարքագծի կանոնագիրքը, ի տարբերություն այլ օրինակների բավականին ազատական է և բխում է հենց շարքային աշխատակցի շահերից։
