«Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը վայր է դնում ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատը: Այս մասին Մանուկյանը հայտնել է սոցիալական ցանցի իր  էջում:

«Վայր եմ դնում ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատս: Որոշումս պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ անդամակցելու եմ Անդրանիկ Թևանյանի գլխավորած «Մայր Հայաստանին», որը կուսակցություն դառնալու հայտ է ներկայացրել:

Ամբողջությամբ կիսում եմ «Մայր Հայաստանի» գաղափարները, այդ կառույցում ունեմ բազմաթիվ ընկերներ և բնական է, որ պետք է անդամակցեմ «Մայր Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը։ Մանդատից հրաժարվելն այս պարագայում լիովին տեղավորվում է մարդկային ու քաղաքական էթիկայի կանոնների և տրամաբանության մեջ:

Համատեղ անցած ճանապարհի համար շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, դաշնակցական իմ ընկերներին, դաշինքի անդամ մյուս պատգամավորներին, բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր այս տարիների ընթացքում եղել են օրվա ապազգային իշխանության դեմ մեր պայքարի առաջնագծում:

Շնորհակալ եմ նաև այն քաղաքացիներից, ովքեր մեզ հետ հավասար կամ նույնիսկ ավելի մեծ ջանքերով կռիվ են տվել սրանց դեմ տարբեր հարթակներում: Համոզված եմ, որ իրենց արածն իր արդյունքները տալու է:

Հանուն մեր երկրում ամբողջական իշխանափոխության և ազգային իշխանության ձևավորման մեր պայքարը շարունակվելու է, պարզապես ամեն մեկն իր պատկերացումների ու ձևաչափերի շրջանակներում այն կարող է իրականացնել:

Բոլոր իրական ընդդիմադիր ուժերին մաղթում եմ արդյունավետ աշխատանք ու հաղթանակ»,- գրել  է նա:
