Վորոնեժի քաղաքային տեսահսկողության համակարգերը, որոնք կառավարում է «Անվտանգ քաղաք» քաղաքային ինքնակառավարման հաստատությունը, նախատեսվում է համալրել դեմքի ճանաչման գործառույթով։ Նորարարության մասին նախօրեին քաղաքապետարանում անցկացված պլանավորման նիստում հայտարարել է քաղաքային ինքնակառավարման հաստատության տնօրեն Ռոման Օբրազցովը, հաղորդում է «Коммерсантъ»-ը։
Դեմքի ճանաչման գործառույթը նախատեսվում է գործարկել արդեն 2025 թվականին։
«Մշակվել է Վորոնեժի տեսահսկողության համակարգի զարգացման հայեցակարգ մինչև 2027 թվականը։ Մասնավորապես, 2025 թվականին դրա կատարելագործումը կշարունակվի հաշվողական ենթակառուցվածքի հատուկ հատվածի կառուցման միջոցով, որը ներառում է ֆիզիկական անձանց տեսանույնականացման ենթահամակարգ», - քաղաքապետարանում անցկացված նիստում ասել է Օբրազցովը։
«Անվտանգ քաղաք» նախագծի նախապատրաստման շրջանակում քաղաքային ինքնակառավարումը, տարածաշրջանային իշխանությունների և իրավապահ մարմինների հետ համատեղ, որոշել է նոր տեսահսկողության համակարգերի տեղադրման վայրերը և ծածկույթի գոտիները։ Համապատասխան ծրագրակազմով հագեցած տեսախցիկները կընտրվեն ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ։
Վորոնեժի տեսահսկման ենթակառուցվածքը ներառում է ավելի քան 7000 տեսախցիկ, որոնք ինտեգրված են քաղաքային մոնիթորինգի համակարգում: Դրանցից 1500-ը տեղադրվել են քաղաքային և տարածաշրջանային բյուջեների ֆինանսավորմամբ: Մինչև 2027 թվականը քաղաքի անվտանգության համակարգը նախատեսվում է համալրել առևտրի կենտրոններում և հյուրանոցներում տեղադրված տեսախցիկներով, ինչպես նաև բազմաբնակարան շենքերի մուտքերում տեղադրված տեսադոմոֆոններով։
2025 թվականին «Անվտանգ քաղաք» մոնիթորինգի կենտրոնը վերլուծել է 123 զանգվածային միջոցառում և 454 ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար և բացահայտել 502 վարչական իրավախախտում։
Ռուսաստանի Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Վորոնեժի մարզի գլխավոր վարչության տվյալներով՝ հաստատությունից ստացված նյութերն օգնել են բացահայտել 120 հանցագործություն և հայտնաբերել ևս 309 «անօրինական գործողություններ»։
