Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 18-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 06։25-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կենտրոնական բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Մոսկովյան փողոցի 31 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում տղամարդու դի կա։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 4-րդ գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արսեն Ստեփանյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արմեն Զաքարյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները նշված շենքի այդ բնակարանում հայտնաբերել են ՀՀ և ՌԴ քաղաքացի, 69-ամյա Վարդգես Գ-ի դին։

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական 2-րդ բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ արտաքին զննությամբ դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում սպանություն/հանկարծամահություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
