2028 թվականին լրանում է Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագրի 200 ամյակը և ես, իմ գաղափարակից ընկերների հետ, նախաձեռնել եմ այդ պատմական կարևորագույն օրը նշելու գործընթաց․ Մհեր Ավետիսյան

2028 թվականին լրանում է Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագրի 200 ամյակը և ես, իմ գաղափարակից ընկերների հետ, նախաձեռնել եմ այդ պատմական կարևորագույն օրը, իրադարձությունը նշելու գործընթաց։
 
Սա իրականում ոչ միայն Հայաստանի մասին է և վերաբերվում է Հայաստանի անվտանգությանը, այլ սա մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության և խաղաղության բանաձևն է և մենք պետք է մեծ շուքով ոչ միայն նշենք 200 ամյակը, որպեսզի հիշենք, որ տեղի է ունեցել պատմական իրադարձություն, որով փաստացի մեր տարածաշրջանում հաստատվել է խաղաղություն, իսկ հայ ժողովուրդը հնարավորություն է ստացել իր պատմական բնօրրանում ապրելու և ապագայում պետականությունը վերականգնելու, այլ այսօր էլ մենք պետք է այս իրադարձությունը կարևորելով սկսենք պատմական, քաղաքական, աշխարհաքաղաքական քննարկումների շարք, որպեսզի մեր ռեգիոնում խաղաղությունը շարունակենք, որպեսզի մեր ժողովուրդներին ապացուցենք, բացատրենք, համոզենք, որ առանց Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետության մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն չի լինելու, որ եթե մենք թույլ տանք, որ Արևմուտքը իր քիթը խոթի մեր տարածաշրջանային խնդիրների մեջ, ապա նա մեր տարածաշրջանը դարձնելու է հակառուսականության նոր օջախ` իր բոլոր հետեւանքներով, քանդելու է Ռուսաստանի ստեղծած անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը և դարձյալ երկար ժամանակ մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն չի լինելու։
 
 Ես կոչ եմ անում Հայաստանի իշխանություններին — Հանրապետության նախագահին, վարչապետին և Ազգային ժողովին — միանալ մեզ, եթե ցանկանում են կարող են իրենք առաջնորդել այս գործընթացը և մենք միասին պետական մակարդակով կազմակերպենք ու նշենք Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագրի 200-ամյակը։
 
Եթե ոչ, ապա ամեն դեպքում ես իմ գաղափարակից ընկերների հետ անելու ենք դա։
 
 Ես նաև ուզում եմ հատկապես դիմել մեր հայ գործարարներին, որոնք հարստացել են Ռուսաստանում․ եթե նրանք ցանկություն հայտնեն, թող իրենք իրենց ներդրումն ունենան այս կարևորագույն իրադարձության կազմակերպման գործում։ Սա իրոք կարևոր գործընթաց է, և ես վստահ եմ, որ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ, ով ավելի կամ պակաս հասկանում է քաղաքականությունից և աշխարհաքաղաքականությունից, ով օբյեկտիվ է և իր զգացմունքները չի կապում Արևմուտքի հետ կամ չի վաճառում Հայրենիքը, պատիվը և իր երեխաների ապագան գրանտների դիմաց, պետք է գիտակցի․ խաղաղության բանաձևը մեր տարածաշրջանում հենց Թուրքմենչայի պայմանագիրն է։
