Քպականներն ադեկվատ չեն գնահատում ՀՀ-ի առջև կանգնած սպառնալիքները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս ՀՀ արտաքին հետախուզության պետ Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանն այսպիսի հայտարարություն է արել. «Մենք գնահատում ենք, որ այս պահին Հայաստանի նկատմամբ անվտանգային և ռազմական սպառնալիքները շատ ցածր են՝ համեմատած մի քանի ամիս, մի տարի առաջվա հետ»։
Անդրադառնալով այս հայտարարությանը՝ «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը գրում է, որ քպականներն ադեկվատ չեն գնահատում ՀՀ-ի առջև կանգնած սպառնալիքները. «Փաշինյանն ու թիմը դիլետանտ մոտեցում ունեն թե՛ ներքին, թե՛ արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ։ ՀՀ-ն Արցախի կորստից հետո ռազմական առումով դարձել է ավելի խոցելի։ Արցախը Հայաստանի ու հատկապես Սյունիքի վահանն էր։ Փաշինյանի կողմից Արցախը հանձնելուց հետո ՀՀ-ն աստիճանաբար վերածվում է failed state-ի՝ դեմոգրաֆիական, ռազմական, տնտեսական և անվտանգային առումներով»:
Հեղինակները նշում են, որ ՀՀ-ում ծնելիությունը գրեթե զրոյական է, արտագաղթը՝ բարձր, ռազմական առումով՝ ՔՊ-ն կրճատում է հայոց բանակը, տնտեսական առումով՝ չկան նոր աշխատատեղեր, արտաքին պարտքը 14 միլիարդ դոլար է, անվտանգային առումով՝ ՀՀ-ի անվտանգության հիմքը՝ հայ-ռուսական ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքն է եղել, որը Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն, սկսած 2018 թվականից, Արևմուտքի հրահանգով ծրագրված կազմաքանդում են։ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն էլ հայտարարել է, թե օգոստոսի 8-ը համապարփակ փոխեց ՀՀ-ի անվտանգային միջավայրը։ Ըստ հոդվածագրի, սա քպական քաղաքականության հերթական դիլետանտության արդյունքն է՝լոգիստիկան չի կարող ապահովել պետության, մասնավորաբար Սյունիքի անվտանգությունը. ՀՀ-ի անվտանգության երաշխավորը հզոր բանակն է, զարգացող տնտեսությունն ու ՀՀ-ՌԴ և ՀՀ-Իրան ռազմա-քաղաքական դաշինքները։
«Եթե Բաքուն ցանկանում է խաղաղություն, ապա ինչո՞ւ է ավելացնում ռազմական բյուջեն՝ գնում է նոր զինատեսակներ, Թուրքիայի, Իսրայելի և Պակիստանի հետ խորացնում է ռազմա-քաղաքական կապերը»,-հարց է բարձրացնում ալիքն ու նշում, որ Փաշինյանն ու թիմը չեն կարողանում ադեկվատ գնահատել ՀՀ-ի շուրջ ստեղծված պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակը, իսկ երկրի ներսում սպասվում է սոցիալական պայթյուն՝ գնաճը չի դադարում, իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների եկամուտները չեն աճում. «Եթե Փաշինյանն ու թիմը 2026 թվականին մնացին իշխանության, ՀՀ-ին սպասում է Արցախի ճակատագիրը»։
