Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը դասախոսությամբ հանդես է եկել Առաջնորդության դպրոցում

Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը դասախոսություն է կարդացել Առաջնորդության դպրոցի 2025–2026 ուսումնական տարվա մասնակիցների համար։
«Առաջնորդություն․ հիմնական սկզբունքներ» դասընթացի շրջանակներում կազմակերպված հանդիպման ընթացքում պարոն Յիրիկյանը խոսել է առաջնորդության ընդհանուր մոտեցումների մասին՝ ընդգծելով, թե որքան կարևոր է ներկայումս առաջնորդական հմտությունները զարգացնելը, արդյունավետ հաղորդակցումը, թիմին մոտիվացնելը, ինչպես նաև առաջնորդի աշխատանքում արհեստական բանականության գործիքները ինտեգրելը և դրանք ճիշտ օգտագործելը՝ ցանկալի արդյունքների հասնելու համար։
«Այսօր առաջնորդներ պատրաստելը շատ կարևոր է։ Դասական հմտություններից բացի, լավ առաջնորդը մեր օրերում պիտի նաև արագ զարգացող տեխնոլոգիաները կառավարելու հմտություններ ունենա։ Ապագա առաջնորդը պիտի սովորի արագ հարմարվել փոփոխվող պայմաններին և ճիշտ օգտագործել թվային գործիքները՝ որակյալ աշխատանքի համար։ Մենք Ucom-ում համոզված ենք, որ այսպիսի ծրագրերի շնորհիվ ապագայում կունենանք շատ ավելի որակյալ մասնագետներ»,- նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։
«Առաջնորդության դպրոցը բարձր է գնահատում պարոն Յիրիկյանի շարունակական աջակցությունը Հայաստանում նոր որակի առաջնորդների և բիզնես մշակույթի զարգացման ուղղությամբ։ Վստահ ենք, որ նրա մտքերի ու փորձառության հետ հաղորդակցումը կարևոր ազդեցություն կունենա ապագայամետ երիտասարդների գալիք ձեռքբերումների և Հայաստանի զարգացման գործում», - ասել է Առաջնորդության դպրոցի հիմնադիր նախագահ Սամվել Մովսիսյանը։
Առաջնորդության դպրոց հիմնադրամը գործում է 2009 թվականից։ Կազմակերպության առաքելությունն է տեղական և միջազգային կայացած գործիչների, տեսաբանների ու կազմակերպությունների համագործակցությամբ աջակցել ապագա նորարար բիզնես առաջնորդների զարգացմանը Հարավային Կովկասի և Պարսից ծոցի ռեգիոններում:
