10 ամենատարածված սխալները, որոնք անում են կերակուր պատրաստելիս

Սխալ պատրաստված ուտելիքը կարող է այն լրիվ փչացնել, անկախ նրանից, թե որքան եք չարչարվում այն պատրաստելիս։ Անգամ հասարակ տապակած կարտոֆիլը կարող է անհամ լինել, եթե այն սխալ պատրաստեք։ Ահա այն ամենատարածված սխալները, որոնք անում են պատրաստելիս ու դրանով փչացնում կերակուրը։
1. Այնքան են տաքացնում յուղը կամ կարագը, մինչեւ ծուխ է բարձրանում։
Իրականում սա ոչ միայն փչացնում է կերակուրը, այլեւ անչափ վտանգավոր սովորություն է։ Նախ, ուտելիքին տհաճ համ է տալիս, հետո թունավոր նյութեր են սկսում արտադրվել յուղը շատ տաքացնելիս։
2. Տապակվող կամ խաշվող մթերքը հաճախ խառնելը։
Որպեսզի ուտելիքը չայրվի, այն պետք է խառնել։ Սակայն եթե խաշվող կամ տապակվող մթերքը շառ խառնեք, այն խյուսի կվերածվի եւ համը կկորցնի։
3. Թավայի մեջ շատ մթերք դնելը։
Որքան էլ ցանկանաք ժամանակ խնայել, միեւնույնն է, եթե միանգամից շատ մթերք եք դնում թավայի մեջ, այն լավ չի եթփվում ու անհամ է լինում։
4. Նոր պատրաստված միսն անմիջապես կտրատելը։
Մի քանի րոպե սպասեք, նախքան տապակած կամ խորոված միսը կտրատելը, հակառակ դեպքում շուտ կչորանա։
5. Միսը լվանալը անմիջապես պատրաստելուց առաջ։
Սա նկատելիորեն անհամացնում է միսը։ Լվացեք եփելուց ոչ անմիջապես առաջ եւ ոչ էլ թրջեք։
6. Բարձր կրակի վրա եփելը։
Եթե մթերքը բարձր կրակի վրա եք եփում, այն նախ թունավոր նյութեր է առաջացնում, հետո էլ կիսահում է մնում։
7. Մետաղական շերեփներ օգտագործելը։
Ավելի լավ է փայտյա շերեփներ օգտագործեք։
8. Շատ սնունդը բլենդերով հարելը։
Սպասեք, թող մի փոքր սառչի, նոր միայն հարեք։
9. Տապակել առանց կափարիչի թավայի մեջ։
Ավելի լավ է կրակի վրա տապակելու փոխարեն դրեք էլեկտրական վառարանը։
10. Խմորը երկար տրորելը։
Եթե խմորային սնունդ պատրաստելիս խմորը չափազանց շատ եք խառնում, այն ձգվում է եւ համեղ չի ստացվում։ Խառնեք ձեռքով, թեթեւ շարժումներով։
