Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության համաժողովից հետո Փաշինյանը որոշ վերադասավորումներ է իրականացնելու Հայաստանի կառավարության կազմում։ Ընդ որում, մեր տեղեկություններով, հարվածի տակ են առաջին հերթին երկու փոխվարչապետները՝ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն ու Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը։ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է առնվազն նրանցից մեկին հեռացնել զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից և իր տեղակալների գլխին կոտրել տնտեսական ձախողված քաղաքականությունը։

Թե՛ Գրիգորյանը, թե՛ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը տեղյակ են, թե ինչ է իրենց սպասվում, և փորձել են այլ ուժերի օգնությամբ Փաշինյանից երաշխիքներ կորզել, որ իրենց պաշտոնանկ չի անի։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Փաշինյանը առնվազն մեկ փոխվարչապետի կհեռացնի զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից, և դա լինելու է Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը։ Վերջինս, հիշեցնենք, այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվեց 2022 թ․-ին, երբ Սուրեն Պապիկյանին տեղափոխեցին Պաշտպանության նախարարություն։ Խաչատրյանը դրանից հետո հասարակական լուրջ ակտիվությամբ հանդես չի եկել, գլուխը կախ իր գործն է արել, երբեք սկանդալային պատմություններում չի հայտնվել։ Բայց նաև թիմի անդամ դառնալ կտրականապես հրաժարվում է և չի ցանկանում անդամակցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը։
