Ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները կարող են երկար ժամանակ սառեցված մնալ, եթե պաշտոնական Անկարան չփոխի իր դիրքորոշումը ռուսական Սու-24 ինքնաթիռի ոչնչացման հարցում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ռուսական «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է Թուրքիայում ՌԴ դեսպան Անդրեյ Կարլովը:

«Կան մի շարք երկրներ, որոնց հետ մեր հարաբերությունները չեն զարգանում, այլ ուղղակի գոյություն ունեն: Հենց նման հարաբերություններ մենք կունենանք նաև Թուրքիայի հետ, եթե վերջինս չի փոխի իր դիրքորոշումը»,- ասել է Կարլովը:

Դեսպանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պաշտոնական ներողություն է ակնկալում Թուրքիայից խոցված ռուսական ինքնաթիռի համար: «Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ամենասկզբից հայտարարեց, թե ինչ պետք է անի Թուրքիան մեր հարաբերությունների այս խորագույն ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու նպատակով: Մենք թուրքական կողմից ակնկալում ենք պաշտոնական ներողություն, մեղավորների պատիժ և փոխհատուցում այն վնասի, որը հասցվել է մեր պետությանը: Թուրքիայի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե իրենք ցավում են կատարվածի համար, ակնհայտորեն բավարար չէ, և դրանց մակարդակը չի համապատասխանում կատարվածին: Հետևաբար, հաջորդ քայլը թուրքական կողմինն է»,- նշել է դիվանագետը:

Կարլովը հավելել է, որ ռուս-թուրքական բարձրագույն մակարդակի հանդիպում ակնկալելն իմաստ չունի, քանի դեռ խոցված ինքնաթիռի հարցով պաշտոնական Անակարայի դիրքորոշումն անփոփոխ է: «Թուրքական կողմը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ կցանկանար բարձրագույն մակարդակի հանդիպում անցկացնել: Եթե երկիրը չփոխի իր դիրքորոշումը, ապա հանդիպման մասին խոսելն իմաստ չի ունենա»,- ընդգծել է նա:
