«Մեծ հայկական ընտանիք». Նարեկ Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է բազմազավակ ընտանիքների աջակցության ծրագիրը
VIDEO«Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը իր այսօրվա ուղիղ եթերում անդրադարձել է հայկական ընտանիքների և ժողովրդագրական խնդիրների թեմային՝ ներկայացնելով շարժման նոր նախաձեռնությունը, որն անվանվել է «Մեծ հայկական ընտանիք»։
Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ հայկական մշակույթում ընտանիքը եղել և մնում է հիմնական արժեքը, իսկ մեծ ընտանիքը՝ երջանկության գլխավոր չափանիշը․ «Եթե կարողանանք աջակցել մեր ընտանիքներին, որպեսզի ավելի շատ բազմազավակ ընտանիքներ լինեն մեր հասարակության մեջ, մենք այս տարածաշրջանում կունենանք մեր արժանի տեղը և կկարողանանք բարձրացնել մեր տոկոսային դերը»,– նշել է նա։
Շարժման համակարգողը շեշտել է, որ այսօր Հայաստանում երիտասարդ ընտանիքների համար հիմնական խնդիրը բնակարանայինն է։ Հարցումների արդյունքներով՝ հենց այդ հանգամանքն է պատճառը, որ շատերը հետաձգում են երրորդ կամ չորրորդ երեխայի ծնունդը։
Այս համատեքստում «Մեր ձևով» շարժման առաջարկն է՝ երրորդ երեխայի ծնունդից հետո ընտանիքներին հնարավորություն տալ պետության աջակցության շնորհիվ բնակարան գնելու մատչելի պայմաններով։ «Պետությունը պետք է ստեղծի ֆինանսական մեխանիզմներ, որպեսզի բազմազավակ լինելը չդառնա սոցիալական խնդիր, այլ հակառակը՝ ընտանիքների համար նոր հնարավորությունների ճանապարհ»,– ընդգծել է Կարապետյանը։
Նա նաև արձանագրել է հետաքրքիր փաստ. Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաք Երևանը, որտեղ կենտրոնացած են հիմնական աշխատատեղերն ու ենթակառուցվածքները, այսօր ունի ավելի բարձր ծնելիություն, քան գյուղական բնակավայրերը։ «Սա մեր հասարակության համար լուրջ ազդանշան է, որ անհրաժեշտ է խթանել ընտանիքներին հատկապես մարզերում»,– ասել է նա։
Կարապետյանի համոզմամբ, «Մեծ հայկական ընտանիք» ծրագրի իրականացումը ոչ միայն կնպաստի ժողովրդագրական խնդիրների հաղթահարմանը, այլև նոր կյանք կտա հայկական ավանդույթներին՝ դարձնելով մեծ ընտանիքը պետականորեն խրախուսվող արժանապատիվ ընտրություն։
