Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին պատրաստվող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունում հիմա էլ նոր կռիվ է ընկել։ Նշենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին կայանալիք համաժողովում կընտրեն վարչություն, նաև փոփոխություններ կիրականացնեն կուսակցության կանոնադրության մեջ, բայց խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընտրացուցակը առայժմ չեն ներկայացնելու։ Արդեն հաջորդ տարվա գարնանը «Քաղպայմանագիրը» ևս մեկ արտահերթ համաժողով կանցկացնի, որի ընթացքում էլ ներկայացվելու է կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին 30 համարները։

ՔՊ-ում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ այս անգամ իրենց չի հաջողվելու նման տպավորիչ ձայներ ստանալ, և շատերը կարող են դուրս մնալ խորհրդարանից։ Ուստի իրենց ճղում են՝ հարցազրույցներ տալով, ընդդիմության, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ խոսելով, որպեսզի իրենց տեղը ապահովեն խորհրդարանում։ Բայց Փաշինյանը ընդարձակ մի ցուցակ ունի, որտեղ գրանցված է բոլորի ակտիվությունը վերջին տարիների ընթացքում։ Եվ շատ պատգամավորների պարզապես դուրս են դնելու ցուցակից։

Ընդ որում, առաջին հերթին հարվածի տակ են ոչ քպական պատգամավորները, որոնք ժամանակին դավանափոխ են եղել, անցել «Քաղպայմանագրի» կողմը, օգտվել կերակրատաշտից, բայց առաջիկայում կարող են դուրս մնալ «Քաղպայմանագրի» ընտրական ցուցակից։ Այդ պատգամավորների թվում են հանրապետականից փախած Շիրակ Թորոսյանը, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանից» արտագաղթած Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը և ևս մի քանի հոգի։ Այս օրերին Թորոսյանն ու Բագրատյանը փորձում են հանդիպումներ ունենալ քպական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ, հայտնել իրենց հավատարմությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որպեսզի իրենց տեղը երաշխավորեն ընտրացուցակում, բայց նրանց որևէ ռեալ երաշխիք ոչ ոք չի տվել։
