Երեկ կայացել է Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանի գործով վերջին նիստերից մեկը։ Մեղադրող դատախազը դատավորից պահանջել է բավարարել իրենց ներկայացրած մեղադրանքն ամբողջությամբ։ Ելույթ է ունեցել նաև Միքայել Սրբազանը՝ բառի բուն իմաստով քարուքանդ անելով մեղադրող կողմի և իշխանության փաստարկները։ Նրա ելույթի ողջ ընթացքում դատավոր Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանը մեկ վայրկյան անգամ չի նայել Միքայել Սրբազանի կողմը։

Հաջորդ նիստում՝ սեպտեմբերի 22-ին, վերջին խոսքով հանդես են գալու Աջապահյանի պաշտպանները, որից հետո դատավորը գնալու է վճիռ կայացնելու։ Դատական այս կարճ գործընթացում, որն իրականում ֆարս էր ներկայացնում, գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց խամաճիկ դատական համակարգը ամեն ինչ արել են Միքայել Աջապահյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու և ի վերջո մեղադրական դատավճիռ կայացնելու։ Որևէ կասկած չկա, որ դատավճիռը գրելու է ոչ թե դատավորը, այլ կառավարության շենքում նստած որևէ անձ՝ պարտադրելով դա հրապարակել։

Միքայել Աջապահյանն այսօր ավելի ազատ է, քան նույն իշխանությունները, որոնք գտնվում են բանտից դուրս։ Ուստի որքան էլ փորձեն Միքայել Սրբազանին, Բագրատ Սրբազանին, Սամվել Կարապետյանին և այլոց պահել ճաղերի ետևում, ի վերջո հասարակությունը հրաշալի գիտի, թե ով ով է և ով ինչի համար է մեղավոր։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, ինչպես նաև նրա խամաճիկը դարձած դատավորները, վաղ թե ուշ կանգնելու են արդարադատության առջև։
