Հայկական բանակի դեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործողությունները հետևողական բնույթ են կրում։

Երեկ «Համապարփակ անվտանգություն և դիմակայունություն 2025» միջազգային համաժողովում Փաշինյանը ելույթ է ունեցել, խոսել տարբեր հարցերի վերաբերյալ, հայտարարել, թե անվտանգությունը սեփական խոցելիությունը նվազեցնելու գործընթաց է, որի առաջնային գործիքներից են ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքներն ու բանակը։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ Հայաստանի պարագայում պատմությունն ապացուցեց, որ երկուսն էլ չեն աշխատել, ընդ որում՝ երեք անգամ չի աշխատել ՀԱՊԿ-ը։

Փաշինյանը պնդում է, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ն Ադրբեջանին նույնքան եղբայրական պետություն է համարում, որքան Հայաստանին, և ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության դեմ Փաշինյանի ցեխարձակումները նոր չեն, ուստի այս հայտարարության վրա կարելի է կանգ չառնել։

Զարհուրելին այն է, որ նա փորձում է պարտության մեղքը կրկին բարդել ՀՀ զինված ուժերի վրա՝ նշելով, որ բանակը չի աշխատել։ Նշենք, որ առաջիկայում հրապարակվելու է 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը, որտեղ, ըստ քպականների, մեղադրանքի բոլոր սլաքներն ուղղված են բանակի դեմ, և բարձրագույն զինվորական ղեկավարությանը փորձելու են մեղավոր ճանաչել կրած պարտության մեջ։

Ուստի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը պարբերաբար հանրության առջև փորձում է նման հայտարարություններով տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե Հայաստանը պարտվել է հենց զինվորականության չկռվելու պատճառով։
