«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
news.rambler.ru-ն գրում է, որ քաղաքագետ, IMEMO RAS-ի Եվրոպական ուսումնասիրությունների կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող Վլադիմիր Օլենչենկոն news.rambler.ru-ի հետ զրույցում գնահատել է ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հայտարարությունը իր երկրի և Ռուսաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների փոփոխության մասին։
Խաչատուրյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը այլևս չի ընկալում Հայաստանը որպես «կրտսեր եղբայր», և որ երկրների միջև հաստատվել են գործընկերային հարաբերություններ։ Նրա խոսքով, Երևանը ցանկանում է, որ «ռուս գործընկերները հաշվի առնեն ՀՀ իշխանությունների անկախ որոշումները»։ «Մի կողմից՝ Խաչատուրյանի հայտարարությունը ինքնահանգստացնող է։ Ռուսաստանին գործընկեր անվանելով՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են պահպանել դեպի ԵՄ շարժվելու միտումը, նրանք դեռ ունեն այդ նպատակը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Օվերչուկի կողմից հստակ հայտարարություն եղավ, որ եթե Հայաստանը այս կամ այն կերպ միանա ԵՄ–ին, դա կհանգեցնի Երևանի և Մոսկվայի տնտեսական հարաբերությունների վերանայմանը։ Դա կնշանակի, որ Ռուսաստան հայկական ապրանքների արտահանումը կընկալվի այլ կերպ, այսինքն՝ կլինեն այլ մաքսատուրքեր, որոնք շահավետ չեն լինի հայ արտահանողների համար։ Այսպիսով, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է մտածեին, թե ի՞նչն է ավելի շահավետ իրենց համար՝ ԵՄ ապագա շուկա՞ն, թե՞ Ռուսաստանի ներկա շուկայի պահպանումը։ Մյուս կողմից՝ եթե Հայաստանի նախագահի հայտարարությունը կապված է մեր հարաբերությունները այնպիսի հարթություն տեղափոխելու փորձի հետ, որտեղ կողմերը կլինեն գործընկերներ, բայց ոչ որևէ միության մեջ, ապա կարծում եմ, որ քիչ հավանական է, որ մենք դա լուրջ ընդունենք», - ասել է Օլենչենկոն։
Վերջին ժամանակներում Երևանի հարաբերությունները Մոսկվայի հետ այնքան էլ բարեկամական չեն, ընդգծել է փորձագետը։ «Հաճախ դրանք ցավոտ մտորումների տեղիք են տալիս։ Եվ այդ ֆոնին Հայաստանի նախագահի հայտարարությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Կարծում եմ, որ այն կարող է ուղղված լինել ոչ այնքան Ռուսաստանին, որքան Հայաստանի ներքին լսարանին։ Իր խոսքերով Խաչատուրյանը հավանաբար փորձում է հանգստացնել հայ հասարակության այն շրջանակներին, որոնք չեն հասկանում Երևանի հեռացումը Մոսկվայից։ Եվ այստեղ խոսքը Հայաստանի բնակչության այն զգալի մասի մասին է, որը ցանկանում է Ռուսաստանի հետ պատմական և փոխշահավետ կապերի պահպանում», - ասել է քաղաքագետը։
