Քաշի նվազեցման հայտնի դեղամիջոցը կիրառողների կեսը դադարեցնում է բուժումը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում

Վեցամսյա վերլուծությունը, որը ներկայացվել է Շաքարախտի ուսումնասիրության եվրոպական ասոցիացիայի ամենամյա հանդիպմանը Վիեննայում, բացահայտել է, որ այդ հիվանդությունը չունեցող մեծահասների կեսը, որոնք սկսել են սեմագլուտիդ (GLP-1RAs) դեղամիջոցով բուժում, դադարեցնում են դրա օգտագործումը առաջին տարվա ընթացքում, գրում է Medical Xpress-ը։
Սեմագլուտիդը, որը հայտնի է Ozempic և Wegovy ապրանքանիշերով, ի սկզբանե մշակվել է 2-րդ տիպի դիաբետի բուժման համար, սակայն հետագայում հավանություն է ստացել քաշի նվազեցման միջոցի կարգավիճակով օգտագործելու համար։ Այն գործում է՝ նվազեցնելով ախորժակը և մեծացնելով հագեցվածության զգացումը, ինչը նպաստում է մարմնի քաշի նվազեցմանը։
Այնուամենայնիվ, ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ դեղամիջոցի ընդունումը դադարեցնելը կապված է մի քանի գործոնների հետ։ 18-29 տարեկան երիտասարդները 48%-ով ավելի հաճախ են դադարեցնում բուժումը՝ համեմատած 45-59 տարեկան մարդկանց հետ։
Բացի այդ, ցածր եկամուտ ունեցող շրջանների բնակիչները 14%-ով ավելի հաճախ են դադարեցնում բուժումը, ինչը կարող է կապված լինել դեղամիջոցի բարձր արժեքի հետ՝ տարեկան մոտ 2000 եվրո՝ նվազագույն դոզայի համար։
Նաև նշվել է, որ մարսողական տրակտի հիվանդությունների կամ հոգեկան խանգարումների պատմություն ունեցող մարդիկ համապատասխանաբար 9% և 12%-ով ավելի հաճախ են դադարեցնում բուժումը։ Սա կարող է կապված լինել կողմնակի ազդեցությունների նկատմամբ բարձր զգայունության հետ, ինչպիսիք են սրտխառնոցը, փսխումը և լուծը։
Հետաքրքիր է, որ տղամարդիկ 12%-ով ավելի հաճախ են դադարեցնում բուժումը՝ համեմատած կանանց հետ, ինչը կարող է մատնանշել քաշի նվազեցման անբավարար արդյունքները, հաշվի առնելով, որ կանայք սովորաբար ավելի շատ քաշ են կորցնում GLP-1RAs օգտագործելիս։
Հետազոտողները ընդգծում են բուժման ռեժիմի երկարաժամկետ պահպանման կարևորությունը կայուն արդյունքների հասնելու համար և նախազգուշացնում են դեղամիջոցի ընդունումը դադարեցնելուց հետո քաշի վերադարձի ռիսկի մասին։ Նրանք նաև նշում են բուժմանը հավատարմությունը բարձրացնելուն ուղղված ռազմավարությունների մշակման անհրաժեշտությունը, հատկապես երիտասարդների և բնակչության սոցիալապես խոցելի խմբերի շրջանում։
