Իր երեկոյան ելույթում Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին աջակցել է ԱՄՆ առաջնորդ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կոչին՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրներին դադարեցնել ռուսական նավթի գնումները։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա հանդիմանել է Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարին պատժամիջոցների և Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի վերաբերյալ, հաղորդում է RBC-Ukraine-ն։

Զելենսկին ընդգծել է, որ շատ կարևոր է, որ Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ ճնշումը պահպանվի և ուժեղացվի բոլոր իրավասություններում, և «մեր գործողությունների հիմնական թիրախներից մեկը ռուսական նավթի առևտուրն է» և այլ էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներով։

«Պատժամիջոցները, և պատժամիջոցների վերաբերյալ մեր առաջարկները մեր գործընկերների որոշումների հիմքն են, ուղղված են ստվերային նավատորմի ամբողջ ենթակառուցվածքի դեմ՝ տանկերների կապիտանի, ապահովագրողների, Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտուր անող շուկայի օպերատորների դեմ», - ասել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահը։

Նա հավելել է, որ ռուսական նավթի սպառումը պետք է կրճատվի, և դա, իր հերթին, անկասկած կնվազեցնի Ռուսաստանի մարտունակությունը։

Զելենսկին ասել է, որ շատ բան է արվում, և այս գործում ամենաարդյունավետը ուկրաինական զինվորականների հեռահար քայլերն ու ճշգրտությունն են. «Ամենաարագ գործող պատժամիջոցները մեր զինվորների հարվածներն են»։

Ուկրաինայի նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բոլոր գործընկերներին, ովքեր դիտավորյալ սահմանափակում են ռուսական էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների գնումները։ Նա նշել է, որ պատերազմի տարիների ընթացքում Եվրոպան ռուսական էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներից, հիմնականում գազից, գրեթե լիակատար կախվածությունից անցել է տարբեր մատակարարների հետ ավելի ինքնավար կյանքի։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա աջակցել է Թրամփի կոչին՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրներին դադարեցնել ռուսական նավթի գնումները։ Բայց նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ բոլորը պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկեն պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար։

«Մենք տեսնում ենք Միացյալ Նահանգների դիրքորոշումը, և այս դիրքորոշումը պետք է լսեն բոլորը, ովքեր դեռևս ընտրում են մատակարարումները Ռուսաստանից, այլ ոչ թե այլ գործընկերներից։ Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում են ավարտել այս պատերազմը, պետք է անեն այն, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է ռուսական ռազմական մեքենան կանգնեցնելու համար», - ասաց Զելենսկին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա, կարծես, վիրավորված էր Թրամփի խոսքերից, ով ասել էր, որ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը «Բայդենի և Զելենսկու պատերազմն է»։ «Սա միայն Ռուսաստանի պատերազմն է, Պուտինի պատերազմը», - ասաց Զելենսկին։
