«Կենտրոն» հեռուստաընկերությունն աշնանային եթերաշրջանում մեկնարկում է «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագիծը, նպատակադրված՝ այս նախագծի մաս են դառնալու հասարակության բոլոր խմբերը, տարբեր մասնագիտությունների ու առաքելության տեր անձինք անխտիր։

Հաղորդումը վարում և թեման քննարկում ենք ես և Արթուր Բախտամյանը:

«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագիծը հստակ նպատակ ունի․ ոչ թե անվերջ բանավիճել իրականության արձանագրումների հենքի վրա, գտնել մեղավորներին ու քննադատել, բղավել միմյանց ուղղությամբ, այլ դադարել այն բոլոր գործողություններից, որոնք արդյունք չեն տալիս և հասկանալ, թե ինչ է անհրաժեշտ Հայաստանին տարբեր ոլորտներում առաջընթաց գրանցելու համար։

Մենք գիտենք, թե ինչ ունենք մեր երկրում, մենք ուզում ենք լսել, թե ինչ առաջարկ կա մեր երկրի համար։

Այս նախագծում յուրաքանչյուր թեմայի շուրջ քննարկումները պետք է ավարտվեն առաջարկով` արձանագրված բացասականը փոխելու նպատակով։ Ի վերջո, մեկ օր պետք է սկսել մտածել լուծումների մասին և երբեք չպետք է սպասել ինչ-որ բանի ինքնուրույն փոփոխությանը։

Առհասարակ, հեշտ է արձանագրել, թե ինչ են անում ուրիշները, մենք խնդիր ունենք մարդուն, ուսանողին, աշակերտուհուն, բժշկին, ռամիկին ու գիտնականին համոզել, վստահեցնել, մոտիվացնել, որ իր երկրի համար ինքը ևս պետք է գործի, որ իր առաջարկը ևս լսելի է իր ոլորտի վերաբերյալ, որ իր մասնագիտությանն առնչվող խնդրի լուծման բանալին կարող է լինել նաև իր ձեռքերում:

Մենք խնդիր ունենք իրականությանը մաս դարձնել նրանց, որոնք իրենց կտրել են իրականությունից կամ ստորադասում են իրենց դերը մեր երկրում․․․

Ստեղծել ենք ձևաչափ՝ մեկ ժամ քննարկման արդյունքում արձանագրել նվազագույնը տասը առաջարկ, իսկ գաղափար տվողներն ուղիղ առնչություն ունեն այն ոլորտին, որի վերաբերյալ առաջարկ են ներկայացնում։

«Կենտրոն»-ի բաց սեղանի շուրջ երբեք պատահական անձինք չեն հայտնվելու, այլ լինելու են նրանք, որոնք և՛ այդ ոլորտի պատասխանատուներն են, և՛ սպառողները, և՛, ինչու ոչ, նաև իրականություն փոխողները։ Այս սեղանի շուրջ խոսելու են նրանք, որոնք տիրապետում են իրավիճակին ոչ անձնական տեսանկյունից, որոնք ունեն առաջարկ հանուն Հայաստանի, զարգացման տեսլական, նպատակներ, իրականությունը փոխելու կամք, գաղափարներ, դրանք իրականացնելու ցանկություն...

«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագծի ընթացքում քննարկման թեմաները տարբեր են՝ կրթությունից՝ գիտություն, սպորտ, արվեստ, կինո, առողջապահություն, մարդու իրավունք, բարեկարգ բնակավայրեր, անվտանգ երթևեկություն, արժանապատիվ ծերություն, կայուն տնտեսություն, անվտանգություն, աշխատատեղեր և այլն․․․

Այս սեղանի շուրջ հավաքվող մարդիկ պարտադիր չէ, որ բաժանվեն դեմ ու կողմի, այլ հակառակը՝ միասնական լուծումներ առաջարկեն Հայաստանին։

«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախագիծը շուտով կլինի եթերում․ որակյալ ու մրցունակ կրթության համար առաջարկներն արդեն արձանագրված են․․․
