Լարված իրավիճակ, մեծավանցիները կրկին փակել էին Հայաստան-Վրաստան ճանապարհը

Երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, հերթական անգամ լարված իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Լոռու մարզի Տաշիր համայնքի Մեծավան բնակավայրում:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, մեծավանցիները ի նշան բողոքի փակել էին Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհը և պահանջում էին, որպեսզի Կառավարությունը վերջապես պատասխան տա, թե երբ իրենք էլ կունենան ասֆալտապատ և ապահով ճանապարհ գյուղ հասնելու համար։

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները ասում էին. «Արդեն մեր թվով 3-րդ, 4-րդ ակցիան է՝ հանուն ճանապարհների, սակայն նախորդները այդպես էլ արդյունք չտվեցին և բոլոր խոստումները սին դուրս եկան։ Հիմա ունենք նոր մարզպետ՝ Արեն Մկրտչյանը, ով վստահ ենք, որ եթե ցանկանա, ապա այս խնդրին լուծում կտա և գյուղացու դարդին դարման կլինի։ Ինչքան կարող ենք խաբված մնալ։ Վերջապես մենք էլ այս երկրի հարկատու ենք ու ուզում ենք, որ մեր հարկերը ուղղեն մեր ճանապարհները բարեկարգելու վրա։ Ամեն անգամ այս ճանապարհով գնալիս մեքենաները վնասվում են և ստիպված ենք լինում մի կլորիկ գումար տալ արհեստավորին, որ կարգի բերի մեքենան։ Վերջապես մեր համբերության բաժակն էլ է լցվել արդեն»։

Որոշ ժամանակ հետո ակցիայի վայր ժամանեցին ՀՀ Լոռու նորանշանակ մարզպետ Արեն Մկրտչյանը, մարզպետի տեղակալ Արսեն Ղարիբյանը, Լոռու մարզպետարանի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Ռուբեն Մարգարյանը, Տաշիր համայնքի ղեկավար Էդգար Արշակյանը և փակ հանդիպում ունեցան բնակիչների հետ։

Բնակիչները վերջում ասացին, որ հույս ունեն՝ նոր մարզպետն էլ նախկինների նման օդ-օդ խոստումներ չի տա, հակառակ դեպքում իրենք պատրաստվում են ավելի հուժկու բողոքի ակցիաների։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, օգոստոսի 1-ին հերթական անգամ լարված իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Լոռու մարզի Տաշիր համայնքի Մեծավան վարչական շրջանում: 100-ավոր բնակիչներ, ի նշան բողոքի, փակել էին Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհը և պահանջում էին, որպեսզի Կառավարությունը պատասխանի, թե ինչն է պատճառը, որ գրեթե 1 տարի է՝ սայլը տեղից չի շարժվում, այն դեպքում, երբ անցյալ տարի դեկտեմբերին դարձյալ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ իշխանությունները խոստացել էին, որ խնդիրը կլուծվի:  

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները ասում էին. «1 տարուց ավելի է, չգիտես ինչու, ոչ մի աշխատանք չի կատարվում: Այն ժամանակ նույնպես բողոքի ակցիա կատարեցինք, փակեցինք ճանապարհը և միայն այն ժամանակվա Լոռու մարզպետ Արամ Ղազարյանին հավատալով դադարեցրինք բողոքի ակցիաները: Ա. Ղազարյանը իր խոստումը կատարեց, մի քանի կմ-անոց ճանապարհի դարուփոսը հատուկ տեխնիկաների միջոցով հարթեցվեց, բայց Ղազարյանին մարզպետից տեղափոխեցին ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, մեր սպասելիքները հօդս ցնդեցին, հիմա չգիտենք՝ աշխատանքները կկատարվեն, թե ոչ:  Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր բողոքի ակցիաները, մինչև խնդիրը չլուծեն»: 

Ժամանել էին համայնքային ոստիկանության և պարեկային ծառայության մեծ թվով աշխատակիցներ, ովքեր համոզում էին բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներին, որ բացեն ճանապարհը:
