Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների թեման օրեցօր ավելի ակտուալ է դառնում։ Մինչև ընտրական մրցավազքը դեռ ժամանակ կա, սակայն, Անի Սամսոնյանի դիտարկմամբ, իրական նախընտրական պատրաստություն այսօր ցուցաբերում է միայն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը։ Նրա խոսքով, ՔՊ-ն ակտիվ աշխատում է ոչ միայն մեդիայում և Երևանում, այլև մարզերում։ «Նրանք հստակ գիտեն, թե ինչ են ուզում՝ վերընտրվել 2026 թվականին և պահպանել բացարձակ իշխանությունը։ Մնացած ուժերը դեռ չեն կողմնորոշվել՝ իշխանություն վերցնե՞լ, թե՞ պարզապես ընդդիմության ներկայիս դիրքերը զբաղեցնել։ Մինչև ընտրություններ իշխանափոխության այլ ճանապարհներ չեմ տեսնում։ Միայն եկեղեցու դեմ շարժումը կարող է ինչ-որ ալիք առաջացնել, բայց լուրջ գործընթացի չի վերածվի»,- ասում է նա։
Վերջերս հրապարակված «Գելափ»-ի հարցումների արդյունքներով` Սամվել Կարապետյանի կողմից ստեղծվելիք նոր ուժը արդեն վարկանիշային սանդղակում զբաղեցրել է երկրորդ հորիզոնականը։ Սամսոնյանը նշում է, որ սա միակ նորությունն էր։ «Նորությունն այն է, որ «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը գրավել է երկրորդ տեղը։ Դա խոստումնալից է, բայց վաղ է արձանագրել որպես հաղթանակ։ Ընտրապայքարում սխալները կարող են թանկ արժենալ»։
Ըստ Սամսոնյանի, իշխանության քարոզչական ուղերձը պարզ է։ «2021-ին ՔՊ-ն հանդես եկավ «Ապագա կա» կարգախոսով։ Այսօր նրանք պնդում են, որ ապագան այսօր է։ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է ասել՝ ես եմ բերել խոստացած խաղաղությունը, և միայն ես կարող եմ այն վերջնականապես հաստատել։ Մյուս ուժերը նա ներկայացնելու է որպես պատերազմ հրահրողներ։ Դա հնչելու է այսպես՝ «Խաղաղությունը ես եմ»։ Այս պայմաններում ընդդիմությունը պետք է հստակ պատասխան տա երկու հարցի․ ինչպես հաստատել խաղաղություն՝ առանց կործանարար զիջումների Ադրբեջանին, և ինչպես փրկել օրեցօր վատթարացող տնտեսությունը։ Հենց այս հարցերին պետք է տալ ավելի համոզիչ պատասխան, քան իշխանությունը։ Քարոզարշավում Փաշինյանը ոչ մեկին չի խնայի»։
Սամվել Կարապետյանի թիմի շեշտադրումը տնտեսության վրա Սամսոնյանը դրական է գնահատում։ Նրա խոսքով, ծրագրերում կան իրատեսական գաղափարներ և պրակտիկ լուծումներ։ «Բայց ընտրապայքարում կարևոր է ոչ թե ծրագրերի քանակը, այլ դրանց պարզությունն ու հասկանալի լինելը։ Ավելի լավ է երեք ուժեղ գաղափար հասցնել ընտրողին, քան տասնյակ առաջարկներ, որոնք չեն տպավորվի։ Հաջողության բանալին ասելիքը տեղ հասցնելն է՝ փորձառության և արդյունավետ տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով»։
