Շուրջ 4 հազար ՀՀ քաղաքացու համար սահմանված ՌԴ մուտքի արգելքը հանվել է

Հայաստանի Միգրացիոն պետական ծառայությունը 2015 թվականին ընդունել է 7 հազար 843 դիմում այն քաղաքացիներից, ովքեր իրենց թույլ տված խախտումների պատճառով ունեցել են Ռուսաստան մուտք գործելու արգելանք: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Միգրացիոն պետական ծառայության պետ Գագիկ Եգանյանը: Նրա խոսքով, ստացվա ծ դիմումների մեծ մասը` 7 հազար 826-ն, արդեն ներկայացվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: Դրանցից 7 հազար 262-ի վերաբերյալ պատասխան է ստացվել: Գագիկ Եգանյանի տեղեկացմամբ, 3 հազար 932 դիմումի հետ կապված մուտքի արգելքը հանվել է:
«Այսինքն` մոտ 4 հազար ընտանիքի համար կարևոր խնդիր է լուծվել: Այլ երկրում մեր քաղաքացու կողմից թույլ տված սխալի համար սահմանված պատժամիջոցը վերացվել է: Պարզ լինելու համար ասեմ, որ ամեն մի գործ ենթադրում է մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություն: Նախ մեր կողմից հսկայական աշխատանք է տարվում, փաստաթղթերի մի մեծ տրցակ ուղարկվում է Ռուսաստան: Նրանք էլ ամեն մի գործի հետ կապված նայում են տվյալ անձի ունեցած պատմությունը: Դրանից հետո նոր մեզ ուղարկվում է դրական կամ բացասական պատասխանը»,-ասաց Գագիկ Եգանյանը:
Միգրացիոն ծառայության պետը նշեց, որ մերժված դիմումների վերաբերյալ տրվել է հետևյալ պարզաբանումը: 2 հազար 124 դիմումի դեպքում Ռուսաստանից պատասխան է եկել, որ գործը վերանայելու հիմքեր չկան: Այսինքն, կամ տվյալ անձը կատարել է անհամեմատ ավելի խիստ խախտումներ, կամ այլ հանգամանքեր են ի հայտ եկել: 713 դիմումի դեպքում նշվել է, որ առկա է դատարանի վճիռ, հետևաբար քաղաքացին միայն դատական ճանապարհով այդ հարցը պետք է լուծի: 392-ի դեպքում էլ նշվել է, որ անձի մուտքի արգելանքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն չունեն, որովհետև լինում են դեպքեր, երբ արգելանքն այլ մարմին ն է սահմանում:
«Արդեն զգալի աշխատանք է կատարվել: Այն դեպքերը, որոնք հենց միգրացիոն ծառայության իրավասության մեջ են մտնում, դրանց վերաբերյալ մեր ուղարկած գործերի 64 տոկոսի վերաբերյալ դրական պատասխան է ստացվել: Երբ 2014 թվականին սկսեցինք այս գործընթացը, դրական պատասխանների ցուցանիշը 29 տոկոս էր կազմում»,-ասաց Գագիկ Եգանյանը:
Ընթացիկ տարում Միգրացիոն ծառայությունը մուտքի արգելանք ունեցող քաղաքացիներից ստացել է 297 դիմում, որից 276-ն ուղարկվել է Ռուսաստան: Գագիկ Եգանյանը նկատեց, որ դիմումների ստացման գործում նվազման միտում է նկատվում: Նախ ընդհանուր առմամբ արդեն մեծ թվով դիմումներ դրական պատասխան են ստացել, դրանից բացի, Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները ձգտում են խախտումներ թույլ չտալ:
